Well I'm am sorry to say that at first phone call I was not impressed with the customer service. When I asked to change the appointment day I just booked at the same phone call I was rudely told well you'll have to wait as I'm not finished putting in the data... and at the front counter when I popped in to check some details so I has it all right I was advised that they don't bulk bill. So I'm trying them again today. I'm really hoping to be treated well. As the lady advised me on the phone that they do bulk bill for my treatment! Here's goes.

My prescription sunnies broke and I only have one pair. I walked past George pagonis's shop and they were open Saturday. The Lady popped out and saw me and fixed it and helped me put my glasses back together and made.my day!!. Even though they were busy with others who has an appointment and were waiting and they were really busy and the other shop attendant was too. she went out of her way and I'll happily recommend them

I frequent this particular post shop and they are busy most of the times I've popped in. But they lack good customer service with a smile. Do not go in lunch if you are in a hurry nor around morning tea 10am. The staff I've been served by both men and women there and they are short and to the point. They seem very stressed. My experiences have me only going there when I have no other choice. The staff don't say hello. Only the manager and that was once. I'd prefer to go elsewhere if I had the time to walk there. Sorry and I hope your experience is better. They refused to give us a refund at my work for a shredder that stopped working under 6 months. I rang their head office and they made them refund us. He staff were very unhappy. This is just one of the communications I have had with them. Sad to have to fight for your consumer rights guys!

A group of us dined at The Royal Orchid found at 1 Ocean Grove Avenue Cronulla and I found the company good but waiting for over an hour and not being waited on and waitresses were constantly walking past like they were in a hurry. No smiles unless they were smiled at first. Seemed a little tense. As i wasnt drinking i felt sorry for those not being waited on.but the banquet was not banquet in the fact you should not be struggling over the last morsel on each of the plates. My hubby and I were not impressed and consequently will notbe returning. Sorry. I Hope you have better luck here.

This is a great little cafe. Staff are friendly and they constantly have ques waiting for a takeaway coffee to start their days. Or some people are just out walking the kiddies or puppies and they'll be lined up for their fix of coffee. We dined here and highly recommend it if you don't want the sidewalk style of dining that seems to be fast becoming normal then pop inside for some out of the rush dining. Its clean and tidy and the breakfasts are yummy and the hit chocolate and peppermint teas are just right. Flood to give this one a go.

This is one of my favourite places to take some time and browse in. If you've got some time it will be worth popping in to take a peak. The shelves are full of bric a brac and quality art canvas and cheap paints and charcoal for those brave enough to give it a go. Great shop for gifts that won't cost you the earth. We get our puppy soccer balls from here she lobes to push them and bite them around the yard. Its not an expensive shop.but we think its a fun place to get ideas for crafts and stuff.

Great service staff are friendly. I highly recommend the laser. It is a process as with most worthwhile things in life. They do heaps if beauty and cosmetic procedures also. I'm very happy with them . I asked for a reminder text on the day of my appointments and they look after me. I hope you'll feel the same if you get to try them . Ssdtc are an awesome bunch of volunteers pop along on Sunday morning. You'll be quite surprised by the organisation of all the groups and volunteer trainers. Its true what I've heard as dog is only as good as the training you give it... from puppies to agility and flyball. So much fun and only $25 family fee per year and the ground fee per visit is $3. I enjoy ur when we can get there. Its a fun family outing where you can all learn about your new pet or older dogs tricks lol

Good attentive staff. Even at busy times like lunchtimes they are helpful. I love the small baskets they give you to carry your goodies round the store till youve finished all your purchases. Highly recommend this store for its location. Free 2 hour parking helps and the range or jewellery is fantastic. Many necklaces and matching sets to choose from.
