I'm a optus customer and very happy with phone service and contract. My review is based on this shop (optus world kotara).

I went into shop to pay bill, Ended up watching two staff in discussion about a customer and they were'nt very nice to say the least.I made a formal complaint because what they said was very unprofessional.

The service i had was disappointing - Staff are very rude and quick to get you out the door.

Room for improvement.

Wallsend pool is wonderful!

You have baby pool,learner pool and bigger adult pool which is good.
Its alot smaller than lambton pool and doesn't have massive big slides but its nice for a swim on a hot day.

The life guards and ticket workers are always very poliet and friendly.

I visit this website daily! I love the daily guessing game which you can win points in, ebank is nice too for extra points & surveys are easy.General outlay is really easy to use too.

Been going to the rock shop for many years. Quiet a good shop in terms of range in clothing,music and doc's. Can spend hours there since there is so much stock!. Only few points are the staff can be alittle zoned out and the shop is messy alot of the time.

Been going to these guys for years TILL recently since a staff change in the office - Which the new person in charge put me off alitte on how she treated me in regards to accounts. Another problem is the actual dentist not being upfront about cost BEFORE doing the work.

Very professional, passionate and caring staff. Always good to have that backup late at night. Prices are what you would expect from an after hours veterinary clinic, but well spent for my pets!

They took care of my old dog which had heart disease late one night, couldnt have asked for a better team to look after my girl. They really made the situtation alittle better and i felt like they explained everything is detail.

Well... you walk in and the place smells like pure rubbish, the place hasnt been updated since the 70's, hardrock beds, the bathroom smells so bad you cant use it...the toliet was from the 70's... The service was horrible! The owner and her son didnt have a clue how to run things..and made a mess of our CC order. We went home a night early because we couldnt handle staying there another night. WOULD NOT recommend.
