Nieo's Grill is a fantastic local restaurant and an all round family favourite. The food here is fresh, modern and downright tasty. The servings are generous and definitely value for money. This place is always busy which is testament to how good it is. I eat here often, highly recommended!

The Mobile Phone Hospital in Miranda is awesome, I have used their services a few times now and have been happy with each of those experiences. The staff here are informative and explain things to you. They are fairly quick in getting the phones fixed too. Unfortunately I think their pricing is too expensive, but when you are desperate and need your phone fixed, what choice do you have? I would recommend this business to others. I just need to stop breaking my handset now haha!

IMB Miranda is a fantastic place to do your banking and conduct financial services. The staff here are brilliant, really community vibe here, remembering clients names etc. I recently opened a new account here and needed an extra helping hand and they were very accommodating. You do not get this at other financial services providers. Very impressed and I will be using more of their products in future.

The Play Cave at Miranda is a fun venue for all the family to enjoy. I like anything that makes kids be active and enjoy themselves at the same time and this business provides that. Unfortunately it can get very hectic in here and parking is limited, they are the main things I would comment about. Otherwise there is a good space for the adults to sit there and chill out whilst the kids have a ball. Highly recommended!

Blub Kids Playhouse and Café is a really awesome local business and source of entertainment for kids. It caters to the different age groups for kids, something for everybody to enjoy. I really enjoyed the party package here where I attended as a guest. I liked visiting here with my children and I will be back again soon, fun for all here!

Early Start Discovery Space centre at UOW is a brilliant facility for children in the learning and development space. It is just plain fun for children, whilst subtly enlightening them to all different learning areas and using their senses. I was so impressed on my first visit here, that I signed up my whole family on the same day even though I leave a good hour and a half drive away. I love coming here and highly recommend it. Unfortunately I do think it is very expensive and could be priced more affordably, better packages etc.

La Bufala is an exciting new Italian restaurant in Mascot where the ingredients are fresh and the food is excitingly authentic. I was very pleased with my dining experience here, and obviously everyone else is too as the restaurant was packed out. The customer service was prompt and friendly. My husband and my meals were really delicious. I will definitely be eating here again soon.

Shopping at Myer Miranda is not a good experience what so ever and I highly recommend to customers to seek out alternative Myer stores/alternative department stores. All you will receive here is very bad customer service and accusations of fraudulent behaviour from the assistant store manager. I experienced a very disappointing encounter at the Myer Miranda, and the staff treated me with disdain and disrespect. I was quoted one price on a item, and then I was about to be charged a much higher price when I went to pay for the item. Rude, unhelpful and accusatory staff is what you will receive at Myer Miranda. I flagged my issue with customer service, who referred me back to the store who ignored my complaint entirely. I had to contact them multiple times to get any kind of response to my complaint. When I finally received a call from the store manager, I did receive an apology for the "misunderstanding" but still basically got told that I was dishonest and fabricating the entire incident. For a major business like Myer to have no complaint resolution system in place and to treat disgruntled customers so poorly is not only shocking but it is disgraceful. Shop some where else, the customer experience will undoubtedly be a better one than what happened to me.

I love Ruby Niks Kids, I often come here with my children either by myself or to meet up with friends. The café surrounding the play area is perfect for parents and children. Staff are friendly and approachable, unfortunately I feel like they are a tad understaffed. Food and beverages are good quality. Play area suit young children best, I would recommend this café to others.

Symbio Wildlife Park is a truly wonderful zoo. It is not too big, but definitely still a full day out. Fantastic range of species to visit, and the presentations the staff put are both educational and entertaining. Food was expensive and over priced, but that would be my only criticism. This is a great family venue, and more fairly priced than other wildlife parks. Highly recommended!
