Lovely local shop to visit. Excellent service and friendly atmosphere by all staff. Many items stocked for people of all ages. Very interesting and unusual items can be found. I have often been lost when looking for a present or gift for someone. If i go into this shop, i will find a great selection at reasonable prices.

Some food made on the spot, some food is in warmers. Pies available and cold drinks. Fish and Chips can be ordered, which taste delectable. Good quality food every time, great service from all staff and good local feel.

Good service and good quality tyres available. Orders are quickly taken and completed asap. If the tyres are not available, staff members will arrange to have them ordered and fitted at the earliest convenience. Good prices considering, it is a small town. Always leave feeling happy about my purchase.

Excellent local store. The staff members know you as you walk in the door. The newsagent section stocks magazines, cards and other supplies that you could ever need for any home, office or school. If theyu do not have the item, they will arrange to have it ordered in and delivered asap. The giftware section stocks a wide range of toys and other items. There is a small area that stocks items in the general store and best of all, there is an in-house bakery section which makes fresh breads and rolls daily. it also stocks sweets. Excellent local store.

i believe this is the best lolly shop in the whole of Australia!!!!! Traditional lollies and other confectionery from older and modern times. Much of the lollies are hand made in store and wrapped in small bundles. Prices are reasonable and you always get a great deal. Staff members are lovely people to chat with and give advice about other places to visit around Maldon.

Large store with lots of space. good amount of items available, not too many that it is over bearing but also not a small amount that there is not much selection. Excellent customer service. Customers are welcomed as you walk in and a staff member usually helps you quickly. I find if i go in the store knowing an idea of what i want, i can leave with a fast purchase and completely sattisfied. Excellent store to visit when shopping for appliances and whitegoods.

A great to to purchase any toy from. Store is filled with a great variety for boys and girls of all ages. Fantastic service from all staff. Over christmas I was looking for a gift for a particular child and a staff member walked around the store with me, pointing out ideas and giving advice.

Overall a good store to visit when needing to buy all the nick-nacks that you could dream of. A huge store filled almost from floor to ceiling with items ranging from hardware, camping, clothing, kitchen ware, etc. There are often really good specials on regular items. There are excellent stocking fillers for kids at Christmas time. There are good quality camping chairs and some hardware items but many things are cheap plastic items which are never expected to last very long. Sometimes there are unexpected items hanging in the windows for an excellent price. Over summer i found an exellent kids pool and pool/bath toys which lasted the whole summer. The kids had a great time with all the items and the adults did too!!

Red House Bakery is a fantastic stop after a full day of shopping with the kids. It is so relaxing to grab a bite to eat, a delicious drink and watch the kids play in the fun house for just a few dollars. That's right, you did hear me correctly. The bakery has an adjoining fun house for the children to play in while having a bite to eat. There are lots of toys and a big area for the older children to run around in. My kids love it as a special treat at the end of their shopping day.

Every time i need to go into the Telstra Business Centre, i find i have a terrible experience. There is such a long wait until customers get served, led alone recognised by the staff members. Often there are staff members in the back room doing very little or the staff are sitting at their desk in the front office working at their computers. I recall waiting for up to 1 and a half hours until someone put up their hand to say "i'll be with you in a moment". He then took another 30 minutes. For some reason after that long, an appology for a long wait is just not accepted. When we finally get served by a staff member, they really do not have much help for us therefore we need to just buy a new mobile phone anyway. We leave feeling as though we have wasted half a day and ending with a worse result every time. We are customers from out of town who unfortunately need to deal only with Telstra (service-wise) and only with the Business Centre. I don't understand how a company can treat customers like this every time they walk in the door.
