From the first phone call he was really nice, a discount was running which made the price amazing, normal prices are pretty standard to good for the end result.

I came to Julian really unsure on how this would all go and quite terrified about how I was going to pose and look. He gave me a good idea on what to bring, provided the hair/make-up person and went through all of my clothes to decide on the best looks and best places to shoot each of these looks. So my worry about what I was going to look like was mostly gone.

Come to the actual photo taking, he made the whole process really easy, telling me what to do without placing me. So it was still my natural movements, just done in a way that didn't make me unsure of what to do.

Throughout the entire day he kept me happy, giving out compliments, nice conversation and good direction.

I had someone waiting with me and they taken care of as well, despite him being a one person business.

Most importantly, when it comes to the actual photos, I'm happy with them and everyone I've shown them to likes them as well. I was able to take however long I wanted to decide on which pictures I wanted and they are also kept permanently on file in case we decided we wanted one of the others later on.

I would certainly return.

After a car accident where I was not at fault I got a couple of quotes and these guys were the best price. Once the guy who was at fault started trying to play me around, they were really helpful and understanding telling me exactly what I should do and making sure I wouldn't be paying for him.

They were really quick, both in being able to take my car quickly and getting done quickly.
Lent me a very good car for the day or two I was without my car.

The people were also friendly, both on the phone and in person.

Upon arriving my hopes weren't the highest, it's a converted house which to me, appeared dark and possibly dirty from the outside. How much of this was simply fear escalating the negatives I'm not sure, but I am sure it was a part of it as when I returned for a follow up it did seem to look better.

Waiting room chairs aren't the nicest, but there's nothing really wrong with them especially since there was barely any wait.

I've only seen Dr. Vuk, as have some of my family members, and he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, I didn't feel weird asking any questions, he was very understanding and nice. Went through all of my options going forward and is certainly going to remain as my dentist.

The nurses are also kind.

This review is for Beleza School Uniforms, Noble Park VIC

verified email - 06 Apr 2013

I've used this Beleza many times over the years, with the growing up and changing of schools making new uniforms a necessity.
Inside it's clean and organised. In the same street as tailor shops which is very convenient for altering lengths.

They've stocked each school I've needed uniforms for, uniforms can be pricy but they're cheaper than other shops I've been to.

The hospitality is the biggest let down. The staff are knowledgeable, they know exactly where everything is and can answer questions, but a lot of them (especially when you first walk in) can feel a bit bitchy/stern. Once they get talking/helping a lot of them seem to change and become nicer, although I've had a couple which seemed absolutely miserable the entire time.
The first impression just often makes me feel like they don't want me to shop there.

I've been to this shop so many times throughout the years simply because I always find things I like.

They stock a lot of CKM / Caroline Morgan clothes, and I really mean a lot. Inside is a bit of a maze, with all sorts of clothes and sections, I've been for years and I'm not entirely sure how things are sorted out but the owners certainly know and can help with anything. They seem to be able to know exactly where each piece of clothing came from on a rack.
I see them having conversations or seeming to recognise many other customers, and have given me discounts off of already good/cheaply priced clothes.

It's always the same people, and they're always polite although I haven't really understood what they've said sometimes.

They do lay-bys and their clothes are good prices.

Two changing rooms, which aren't the best but they do.

Concierge was lovely, even after a little mix-up with the room.
Room was clean, nice, bigger than I was expecting.

I stayed a couple of years ago, so it may have changed but I remember my biggest annoyance with the room was the arrangement of the living room area with-in my room, lack of kitchenette facilities and small free-to-air channel only televisions. None of these were that big of a problem as I was mostly being a big tourist around Sydney.

The location seemed really good, short walk to super market, bunch of shops, lots of fast-food places and easy to get a taxi. The taxi rides didn't seem to take long to the touristy places we went to either.

I would stay again.

A very handy place to know of. For non-emergencys which still require a doctor (since discovering this place I've gone for unexplained swellings, suspicious masses and injections requiring a doctor) I've found it well worth going.
The nurses are nice; there are a lot of places to sit while waiting; open 24 hours; seem to be several doctors on at all times; and services such as pathology on site (not operating 24/7)

I prefer my own GP over the doctors I've seen, they can differ greatly between how comfortable they make you feel but aren't any different from other general clinic doctors I've seen.

The service was lovely, she really knew what she was talking about and exactly what the store had - and this store had a lot more than I was expecting!

The costumes were good, dry-cleaning included in the cost of hire. Laid out easily, and anything I wasn't sure where to find I was directed to with ease and politeness.

Didn't feel any pressure to purchase.

Approximate cost: $60

This review is for Kingsclere Fish And Chips, Keysborough VIC

This is probably my favourite fish & chip shop in the area. It's the one my family most commonly goes to, and it has an added bonus of being with in the complex of a super market so super convenient for when we're running low on tomato sauce for the order.

This place seems to have changed hands a couple of times over the years, yet the products have kept pretty consistent.

This review is for Waverley Cinema, Mount Waverley VIC

Whenever someone brings up seeing a movie the first website I look on is theirs. It's smaller than the chain cinemas, but that doesn't really matter - still mostly the same movie (minus the 3-D, some later release dates and with more obscure movies), good screen sizes, hygiene standards and candy bar.
The seats don't have a place for your head, but they're perfectly fine.
The prices are fantastic.
If you go often enough I'm sure you'd get to know the people behind the counter.

It can be quite, I have been to several movies where my group were the only ones in a cinema, but there are times when I've had to reschedule as a session is already booked out.

I've always loved this place, and love it even more when a busy period comes along which would force me to miss the cinema experience for a lot of movies if it wasn't for this place.

No-one I've ever been with here has disliked it.

Approximate cost: $11 per person currently.
