Did a whale watching cruise and was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. It was a great boat and they guarantee a whale sighting or you can ride again free. The whales were great, but what was particularly important to me is how nice the staff are if you get horribly seasick, it really made a difference. They were very helpful and friendly. If you don't get seasick I would definitely recommend this adventure.

Went here after reading great reviews about the dumplings but was greatly disappointed given the hype. Had a steamed bun, a plate of dumplings and a wonton and noodle soup with my partner. We found the bun and dumplings to be good but not exceptional compared to some cheaper places around. The real disappointment was the soup which completely lacked flavour (was very much just hot water and coriander). Overall is alright, maybe some of the other branches are better, but I won't be eating here again given the tasty competition available. Service is quick but not very much interaction.

Nice cafe with a cute upstairs. Lots of different options, including vegetarian. Great variety of ingredients but not particularly spectacular. Overall nice place to come for a catch up coffee, and the cakes looked great!

Great value if you go with friends and split a few dishes. My personal favourite is the special braised eggplant (so yummy). Not too many vegetarian options but a few good ones. Great variety of cheap food. Atmosphere is fine for a casual lunch.

The range at this store is pretty good but the knowledge and attitude varies greatly among the staff so double check what you get told about products. Reasonable prices but won't lower them, even for cash.

Had lunch here today and whilst the value packs of sushi rolls are pretty good, the overall service was only average and the dumplings were awful. Had some communication difficulties checking what was in the dumplings and the dumplings themselves were chewy and stale. Might come here again for some basic sushi, but not anything else.

I have been here for lunch a few times and have found the service to be very customer oriented and the food to be delicious. The dumplings are made in house and although you don't get a huge amount they are very filling and come with a variety of appropriate dipping condiments. Lots of options, including vegetarian. Some drinks are a bit pricey, and I find if I have a milk drink and the dumplings I am way too full later!

Went here for coffee with some friends, the lounge seating makes it a great place to relax and catch up for a coffee. Lots of options available for food, including vegetarian, but is a bit pricey for a cafe. Felt quite icky for a few hours after the nachos, but the serving size was huge. Coffee was reasonably priced.

Went here on a weeknight with family. Was empty other than one other table and so there was a lot of upselling in the speel given to the table. The man who took our order (presumably the owner) became rude once we argued him charging the gluten free surcharge on top of full price instead of on top of the special. Pizza was lovely, great thin base. Overall pretty good specials, pretty much guaranteed a seat without a booking!

Love this place! They are vets, but they simply love cats. My cat had some troubling symptoms and so when I called up they were concerned enough to see him outside hours. It is a business but the vets and staff genuinely care about the animals and are experts in cat care. They are thorough and look at the overall health and happiness of the animal. Consult prices are standard, but the care is superb.
