This review is for Yakumi Comtemporary Japanese Cuisine, Glenelg SA

This place does a wonderful version of Japanese/European fusion, which is not an easy thing to do well, but they do it amazingly. The small long narrow restaurant is beautiful, the atmosphere is amazing and the food is worth the money, the choices are contemporary, inovative and different, which is always good to see. They also have some traditional favourite Japanese favourites. Their deserts are also very nice. They are a place I definetly like going back to again and again.

Amazing cheese tastings, milkshakes, products to buy, also an amazing view of the field and cows while you sit down to a cheese plater.

This small take away in Rundle Mall has some amazing food! Their teriaki chicken and fried squid is amazingly good. Their prices are very good as usual take away food court places. If you are in the city and wondering what to eat, this place is good, fast and cheap! You will be wanting to come back

This review is for Miller Apartments, Adelaide SA

I would hardly call this luxury apartments, which is what they claim to be. The rooms are not bad, the sheets were white, but stained which was an instant put off. The hallways are painted grey, as is the carpet, the whole place is more industrial then luxurious, I was very disapointed. To make matters worse their rooms are strangly shapped, and our bed was 20 meters above our living room and we had to climb up a very unsteady winding staircase, which was fine for someone our age but they did not warn us when we booked and the bedroom itself was exceptionally small, crowded and badly designed, to say the least this does not the 4.5 stars it has, 3 stars at best, especially for their service and their decore, luxury is really not something they offer, even though it is in their title

This review is for Rendezvous Grand Hotel, Adelaide SA

This is a 5 star hotel for a reason, and it delivers on it time and time again, one of the most elegant hotels I have ever been in. It frankly has ruined all other hotels for me because none are quite as good as these guys!
From being walked up to our room by the Concierge manager, to ordering pillows at 10 pm, to their amazing in dining experience and most of all their beautiful rooms! I could almost live there really, they are worth the money

This review is for Gloria Jean's Coffee, Glenelg SA

verified email - 14 Jul 2011

This is an amazing coffee place, obviously it is Gloria Jeans, but what makes this place stand out more than others is not only the consistency of good coffee and sides, but also they are open late at night, which is rare to find in Adelaide, this has kept me going back time and time again.

This review is for Waffle & Coffee, Adelaide SA

It is exceptionally hard to find a place that sells waffles in Adelaide! When I found this it was like finding a pot of gold, they are reasonably priced and their waffles are amazing; their options are extensive, so next time you want to go to Pancake kitchen, keep walking a little further and go to Waffles and Coffee and you will get much better food!

This place is more then reasonably priced, the food is delicious and exceptionally prices, the portions are very generous. They have an extensive menu and a huge range in entrees, mains and vegeterian dishes, their naan is also very good.
They have lunch specials so even if you are on a budget you can eat out at a very classy looking restaurant for more then a reasonable price

The atmosphere and decore of this restaurant make you feel as though you are in a high end restaurant, the prices are quite reasonable and the food is exceptionally delicious. The laksa soup is especially a delicious choice. The service is good, and the staff are quite friendly. And the range of food and choice is extensive.

The service is always fast and the takeaway menu is extensive. The freshness of the seafood is always really well and the standard of the food is always exceptional. Eating in is available for those who choose, and the price does not change for dining in.

Approximate cost: $15
