The service is very good, staff seem pretty dedicated. The premises are large and there are arcade machines & air hockey in the foyer to keep you occupied when waiting for your laser session. The glow in the dark maze in the laser battle room is probably not so impressive for adults, but it has to cater for the kids as well and they definitely have a ball. The kids parties seem like pretty good value, but its also a very reasonable morning out for the kids/family, though it doesn't last incredibly long. Good location, convenient way to get a little taste of adventure in the middle of the inner-west.

Have attended Beauty Works for a few facials and its always been a pleasant experience. The premises are compact, but clean & tidy, and the therapy room is comfortable & quiet. Patricia is experienced, professional & quite friendly, she does her best to consult you and accommodate your needs. She offers a full range of services at average prices, & runs promotional offers/discounts every so often.

The bistro at 'the Croc' is great. The premises are spacious and clean and it's located upstairs well away from the general bar and pokies. They have a good range of meals on offer and it's always hearty and delicious. The terrace is comfortable and equipped with outdoor heaters and LCD TVs. They do have a $10 dollar steak but I recommend spending the extra $5 for the succulent sirloin.

Have used this jeweller for some minor repairs and also purchased some beautiful pieces from them. Fadia and her team are dedicated to service and will always do their utmost to accommodate the needs and tastes of clients. Conveniently located in Burwood Plaza, the store is quite small but well staffed and nicely laid out. Their jewellery is unique & very high quality, so the prices are very reasonable, they are always fairly negotiable though, which is great.

Attended the salon for a colour and the service was great, all the staff are very professional and friendly. The salon is very spacious and its a lovely environment to be in. The prices are reasonable, no more expensive than any other salons in the area. They use quality products and take the time to adequately consult you on what you want for your hair.

The first time I went there was for an eyebrow shape because I was amazed by the incredibly cheap prices. I got a fantastic girl named Zeniab who was some kind of eyebrow shaping expert in my opinion, I've never had them shaped so beautifully. Unfortunately she had left them the next time I visited and my experience was much less pleasant, I was allocated a waxer who really didn't know the difference between a shape and a normal wax/tidy, so she did the bare minimum and tidied them, but it definitely wasn't a shape and she still charged for a shape which was a few dollars more expensive. Now I only go for legs and underarms and Im very happy with the service & results. The premises are also gorgeous and immaculate.

Attended this function centre for a NYE function and it was great. They have a beautiful view overlooking Darling Harbour, though a tiny bit obstructed because it is on the side. The service was great, plenty of staff to cater for the number of people who attended, and Laura the co-coordinator was great, very dedicated to ensuring her clients are happy. The food was quite good, they had a nice array of canapes and a paella bar for us, with drinks a-flowing. I'm sure it would be a great venue for any function, as we had an awesome time. The cost of packages was very reasonable foir a city venue also.

Went there recently for their Brazilian Churrascaria BBQ. It took us a while to be served, it was a Thursday night and they seemed to be understaffed. When we eventually were served, our waiter was fantastic, he presented each meat/dish to the table and gave us a thorough description of each before sawing our portions off the skewer. I have to say the quality of meat is poorer quality than the other Churrascaria BBQ places Ive been to, but this is reflected in their price, it's incredibly cheap for all you can eat Brazilian BBQ, and in fact they currently have a special on the 9pm sitting, it's only $12. Great value, and you can kick on in the bar & nightclub afterward for a great night out.

I have to say that I didn't find Tina the instructor to be the most professional instructor, but I guess after 36 years of instructing it's understandable she's become a little complacent. More importantly, RTA pass rates can't lie, and hers are among the very best in the inner west, by a long shot (last I checked). The instructors are RTA and TAFE qualified, and have both auto and manual vehicles. Their rates are also among the best in the inner west.

Owner and senior hairdresser Effie is in my opinion, the oracle of hair. Her knowledge & expertise, particularly when it comes to colouring, is top notch. I had the misfortune of accidentally dying a large area of my bottle blonde hair bright purple once, and I knew I was in good hands with Effie who applied the right combination of colours and potions to reverse my mistake, and restore my colour. Aside from emergency situations they also do a great job at cutting and colouring, providing quality products and services at pretty reasonable prices. The only downside is the wait you often incur as this salon can get incredibly busy.
