This review is for Balmoral Cineplex, Bulimba QLD

This cinema is an older style cinema but the facilities are still top notch as it is an independant smaller chain of cinemas there are a range of movies on at convenient variable times. I like the fact you can order your tickets online then use the booking number at the cinema machine to collect your tickets sooo easy.

This review is for Shingle Inn, Upper Mount Gravatt QLD

I ordered a hot chocolate at Shingle Inn they're claim is the hot chocolate is different from any other cafe. The claim is true to fame. A glass of hot milk is bought out and a small jug of hot chocolate comes out with it so you pour the chocolate in to your own taste. I tell you it was too die for. Service is fantastic, the price is reasonable and all other food and beverages are awesome as well.

I just needed an after hours doctor when i moved to qld so i just found the closest one to me to get a script done. I went there it was only meant to be a one off visit but the dr i saw was very thorough so this medical centre is now the one i go to. Staff are great on reception and i am always able to get an appointment.

This review is for Wicked Hair, Mount Gravatt QLD

The first time i went there i was in dire need of a haircut and foils. I nearly died when i was told the foils would only last 6 weeks. I have been back a few times, the last time i had foils done Tina left the colour on longer this time and the colour has held for 2 haircuts which is what i have been used to. Tina used to cut my hair while i liked the way she cut my hair i was not always happy with it. The last appt i had to change to another time this time i had Natalie cut my hair, i love the way she cuts it. It is like i used to get it cut in my home town. The foils left my hair dry so the last time i went there i mentioned it and they put a treatment through my hair and has made all the difference.

This review is for Woolworths Supermarket, Carindale QLD

I was at a checkout and the female staff member was only to happy and helpful to put the groceries in the trolley for me which was very sweet. The supermarket has a wide variety of groceries and good range.

This review is for Hcf Kiosk, Upper Mount Gravatt QLD

verified email - 10 Apr 2012

I have been to this kiosk a number of times and have found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable. They have not been rude or dismissive any time i have been there. I have dealt with a male member of staff on a number of occassions and has always been softly spoken but you can still hear him. I can't recommend this kiosk for all your needs highly enough. The only thing is they are a cashless booth but that doesn't bother me.

I had dinner here and the food is too die for. I ordered risotto and was fantastic. They have a display full of gluten free desserts.

This review is for Couture Cupcakes, Bardon QLD

verified email - 10 Apr 2012

This is a very quaint cafe it was like stepping into an authentic Parisian cafe. They sell desserts cupcakes and the best coffee and drinks. The owner is european, very friendly and provides personal service. There was a gluten free option for desserts which is a big plus in my books. Sitting outside in the courtyard you would think would be very noisy being on a main road but it wasn't.

This review is for Breakfast Creek Hotel, Hamilton QLD

I enjoyed my lunch here but i was disappointed that there were not more gluten free options. They couldn't even make a sauce gluten free for me. The price is rather expensive. Not a place i would like to go to all the time for a feed but i enjoyed it after the lunch crowd had gone and my husband and i could walk around and look at the memorabilia with a drink without being hassled. The music being played was fantastic as well through the stereo.
