This was the first time we had a meal at this RSL and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It has a nice atmosphere with good quality food and friendly,helpful staff. The building and interior is dated but will soon be renovated/re-built. The dining area has wonderful views over the lake, Lady Bay and the coast line.Well worth a visit.

We have been going to the Siamese Thai restaurant for about twelve years, whenever we are in Warrnambool. It's always a pleasure to go back. The friendly service, food and value have not changed.

As we were spending a few days in Warrnambool I organised with Scotty (Service Manager) for the installation of a Nissan Rear Park Assist kit (which I supplied) into my car. After dropping the car off I asked if there was a courtesy car available as we would be without a car for a few hours. We were offered a lift to wherever we wanted; we were then picked up when the car was ready. The installation was done very well and we were also impressed with the standard of service and cost. Well done Scotty, Matt, Ashton, Frank and Kylie.

This was our first visit to the Pavilion but not to Warrnambool. Although the decor is basic this is made up for by the friendly and efficient staff, the fantastic view of the beach and the high quality of the food.

This was our first visit to the Thai Beach Café. Nice,relaxing atmosphere,friendly and efficient staff, good servings and high quality fresh ingredients . The menu offers great flexibility in that chicken, beef, seafood or tofu can be added to a multitude of Thai style dishes/flavourings. There was a constant stream of customers when we were there and no wonder when the food is so good and well priced. A real little gem,we'll be back.

We had a 45 ft. half dead Sweet Pittosporum in the corner of our garden which was growing around and over our carport (very difficult to access). Brent inpected the site and gave us a free quote which was very competitive (we obtained 4 quotes). Brent and his fantastic crew arrived at the agreed time,further assessed the site/tree and worked methodically and carefully to remove the tree.The level of professionalism, expertise, care and attention shown by this team (working seamlessly together) was exemplary and amazing to watch. No damage was done to the surrounding garden and they cleaned the entire site very well, even cleaning out the gutters of the carport. We couldn't have been more pleased with TreeFX, Brent and his team, we would use them again and would recommend them to anyone. Well Done and Thank you.

They have been opened for only seven months but telling by the full house, they must be doing something right. This was the first time we tried Chorba Cafe. The cooking and display facilities were very well set up. Although they had run out of the two vegetarian meals we wanted, this was made up for by another generous, well presented vegetarian dish. The food was very good and the service friendly and efficient. A real little find, we'll be back.

Nice decor, pleasant staff and an extensive menu - except if you're vegetarian. The Spinach Vol au vents were nice but the filling was runny and overflowing - it could have been thicker and there was a lot of salad. My Burger 'with the lot' was well cooked, delicious and well presented. The lemon flavoured potato wedges were very tasty. We'll be back.

We have had consistently nice coffee here a few times. We had lunch recently and the food was good particularly the homemade Zucchini soup. It was wonderfully presented with slices of fresh French bread and Camambert on the side, which was great for spreading on the bread and dunking into the soup - yummo. We'll be back.

We were very happy with the price, package and speedy delivery of four Lions Head soup bowls. After we unwrapped the bowls we discovered that one of them seemed to have been wrapped/packed chipped. I rang them and explained the situation. I was told a replacement bowl would be sent out immediately. Two weeks went by and we haven't received the replacement bowl. I rang up to find out what was happening with the replacement bowl. I was told they didn't know and that the manager would call me. A week has gone by and no one has called us back. What started off as a positive experience has left us disappointed with poor after sales service?
