This review is for The Food Hut Co-op, Belconnen ACT

This is a food co-op for the low income family's, it costs $2 per year to join but the food is extremely cheap, eg what you would pay at a major shop would be about $50 at the co-op it would be under $10
It is an extremely good service if you have a health care card.

This was the only vet that would take our dog, who ended up having a twisted bowel, except that the symptoms sounded like parvo disease so no other vet would take us as it was on off pay week

This is a great service for the unemployed or pensioners as they specialize in cheap start up systems for low income families. I often clean up my old computer stuff & donate it to them so they can recycle it or install it into cheap systems.

This review is for Woolworths, Dickson ACT

I think that this has to be the worst Woolworths in the ACT, every time that we go in to shop doesn't matter what time of the day it is, they are always understaffed & it can take up to 1/2 hr to get through the checkouts sometimes, since the implementation of the automatic self serve tellers it has improved a bit but not enough

This review is for KFC, Gungahlin ACT

The last time i was at KFC it was a most disappointing visit, they have staff that is too young to be working there (so they can pay less in wages) & only 1 trained older person who himself was only about 20, they were understaffed & very busy, i went in the shop not the drive through, even still they got my order wrong, i discovered this when i got home, so i could not be bothered to go back to complain. It will be a long time before i go back to the Gungahlin kfc store. (not without checking my order before i accept it & i leave the store)

I recently had to purchase a lawnmower from kmart as they were on special for $239 for a gardeners choice brand, it comes with a 12mth guarantee (so that's good) I found the staff in the garden section to be very knowledgeable & while i was there they showed me some garden lights made by the same company, at $20 for 10 lights & $25 for 10 colour changing lights so i also purchased these as well. It was a pleasure to shop there it was late in the afternoon and there were not too many people in the store, they suggested that i let them take the lawnmower to the loading dock to make it easier for me to pick up as all i had to do was drive down to the dock, instead of lugging the lawnmower through the shopping center to my car (which i thought was nice of them to offer)

This review is for St George Bank (Customer Service), Sydney NSW

verified email - 01 Jun 2010

I have been with St George for about 10 years now, last year i had a bad day with my funds the chq that i had in didn't clear in time & i had 4 withdrawals come out, expecting the chq to clear and due to this i had 4 bounced payments, that was back when the fees were $45 ea i went into the bank to explain and to my shock the manager reversed three of the fees so i only had the one $45 debit for a payment made without the funds being in the account, so i would gladly recommend St George to anybody who asked for advice on banks

I joined paypal over three years ago and have not had any problems with the service that they provide, i do not own a credit card so it has made my online shopping much easier as there are lots more vendors accepting paypal no than there were 3 years ago. i would highly recommend them to anyone that wants to do some purchases online & stay safe as they have a guarantee that you will get what you payed for if not it is covered by their insurance
