Ordered a cake topper from them, and never received it despite several emails and phone calls, in the end (6 weeks of this) got an email saying that order canceled. Explanation being that they hadn't looked at the order. Got my money back through Paypal... Took another 2 weeks.... Absolutely disgrace, customer service non existent.
