A great couple run this newsagency/lotto/LPO and it was my local before I moved to Sydney. They are super friendly, genuine and caring people that look after their customers. If you live in the area, I highly recommend making them your local newsagency/LPO, they will take good care of you. I wish they moved with me to Sydney as I still can't get great service like i did with them!

The podiatrists and staff here are very friendly and great at what they do. They also do Saturday appointments and prices are reasonable too.

Chris is one of the few people in Sydney that practice Traditional Japanese Meridian Therapy Acupuncture and I've been going to him for several years now. He's great at what he does and also provides Chinese Herbal Medicine advise and herbs. He's super friendly, great to chat to and the great thing is that he explains the whole process to you. If you have not tried acupuncture and thinking about it, I'd recommend Chris any day.

If you need a remedial massage in Sutherland, this is one place I go to. They also have a Naturopath onsite. Therapists are always friendly and I think they still offer $10 off for your first 1 hr massage.

My fave Thai restaurant in Sydney. Chef is very accommodating as I brought some vegan friends and they were very good with special request. Reasonable prices for great authentic Thai food.

Great place to go for great Hong Kong Cafe Style meals, Chinese BBQ meats or good home-style chinese dishes. Service is always good and quick. The soft shell crab in salt and pepper is yummy too!
