Wonderful cafe, book store, gifts, grocery store, all in one, fantastic food and very friendly service, and wonderful food, I have been there quite a few times and always come out with something exotic to treasure, as well as having a great meal at a very reasonable price. Thanks IF Store, well done !!!
As for the other reviewer, UPGRADE to a more expensive room, it's not rocket science, you get what you pay for!!
The Victoria Hotel is a fantastic place to stay, they have 3 types of accommodation, a section for the 'backpacker' types (smoking), a section for family types with reasonable rates, and then the 5 star rooms, it is a huge hotel, near 500 rooms, all the rates are quite reasonable compared with elsewhere, the location is to die for, and the old world charm is fascinating. I have stayed here several times, then I had a change to the Grand Hyatt, but next month I will defiantly go back to the Victoria !!
Just what Perth needs, great hidden cafe, in the classy old Bon Marche' Arcade, best coffee I have had in years, surrounded by fantastic 50s kitsch, even a portable typewriter in case you want to belt out a short story. All this, and very reasonable at $5 coffee & cake. Well done, a fantastic little place !!
Always get a bargain, great for stocking up on shampoo, soaps, bathroom cleaners, kitchen dish clothes, glasses etc, at a really cheap price. Great value.
The David Jones Cafe Restuarant is a great place to relax and have a great coffee and meal beautifully presented, well done DJs.
With no appointments, fast and very good service, has a bonus card to be stamped each visit, after 7 cuts the 8th is free.
Approximate cost: $26
The very best tree men I have ever used, as long as they are in business I will always use them, they are efficient, friendly, clean up after, chip up the wood and take away, and cheaper than the rest.
Faultless, really lovely, this has it all, quality 5 star, beautiful room, and bathroom with 6' bath!! Picture window, had it all. We were there for 8 nights on holiday to see the Cricket (Ashes Jan 2011).
