The fresh fruit and vegetable is good standard. Offers all kinds of specialty products often hard to find in the Ararat/Stawell area. Expensive though. They are willing to order in something but I experienced a slow delivery. (Two weeks) I suspect the proprietors suffer from the vagaries of their suppliers, a common problem for many rural businesses, but usually I could nip down to Ballarat or up to Horsham and get what I want within the day.

This centrally located business is clean and well staffed. It is busy but there is plenty of nearby parking. The hours are generous although it is not staffed the whole time it is open. Kept clean and tidy. The staff are generally helpful and friendly. They can provide change to operate the machines. Other services include ironing, but I have never any need. The machines are maintained well and replaced when necessary. There is CCTV for security. Any complaints I have had have been handled politely and when necessary reimbursements have been made without fuss. One thing about the premises that really irks me is the huge unshaded shop front window which lets in full sun and as a result the place gets very hot, uncomfortably so in summer.
Any inconvenience is likely to be from inconsiderate patrons.
I am not rapt in a particular religious sect's literature being promoted there however.

Their work is not only in small animals/pets but farm animals.
All the vets with whom I have dealt at this practice have been compassionate both to my animals and me. My concerns are taken seriously. Explanations of diagnosis and offers of potential treatment/s are made respectfully which I appreciate. I am given the opportunity to make decisions based on my outlook and what I can afford. For example I am not pushed into giving an animal expensive operations with low chance of recovery, as I have heard happens with some other practitioners. The cost of veterinary services can be high sometimes, but so is that for humans and ours tends to be subsidised. Bearing that in mind, I believe the vet clinic charges appropriately.
I have been fitted in for a consultation at short notice in an emergency, eg snake bite, and during holidays when I had to give a dog euthanasia.
The vets seem to like animals, which is a bonus. They offer treats to both good and naughty patients and try to make the visit as pleasant for a stressed animal as possible. There is a simple garden and grassed area around the building where a dog can be walked. Also horse yards.
Most importantly all the vets I have consulted have proved to be good at their job.

Greg addresses the whole person, not just the spine. For instance, when appropriate, he has checked my blood pressure and eyes, and he has encouraged a positive outlook in the face of depression. While I believe he is a Christian, and appears to apply his ethics to the business, he never preaches. It is just that I prefer dealing with ethical people that I mention this.
I never feel like I am on a production line, as so often I have felt in a GP's office; never pushed through quickly which means that on those occasions when there might be a delay (he is usually punctual though) I know he is simply giving another client the same level of care I have come to expect. In addition the two receptionists I have met are unfailingly polite and efficient, ready with a smile and a kind word. Val in particular has made an effort to know people and their circumstances. Rescheduling has never been a problem. The waiting room is pleasant with plenty of current reading matter. The background music is never repetitive and annoying. The premises are located centrally and easy to find with plenty of nearby parking.
Most importantly the chiropractic done here is effective.

The product is good. The service efficient. The place looks clean. But the staff, especially the owners, are always dour when I go in. A smile is part of the service, surely? I won't be going back because I prefer to feel my business is appreciated.
