I go to Social Bean everyday! Their coffee is better than most and most importantly they use Bonsoy unlike some cafés tried to charge me extra 80cents for Coles brand soy milk!
Not only is their coffee nice, their salads are to die for. Muffins are delicious, wraps are mouth watering and honestly I have not come across any food that I did not like. Even my fussy eaters love their food there! Too bad they are not opened on the weekends :)
I have been to a few different dentists in my lifetime. Pacific smiles is outstanding. Receptionist very helpful and welcoming. Dr Alan Davidson is extremely gentle. I went there with my two youngsters and they were made very comfortable and weren't scared at all. Alan is the most gentle dentist I have come across. I have been to dentists who has butchered my gums before and I have nerve come across someone so gentle and put you at ease. Highly recommend! Best part is I didn't have to pay any gap!
My friend had a few hair colour and cuts from them and she looks gorgeous. I went there a few time for waxing and OMG Rosa is so gentle! You can hardly feel the Brazilian. She does a fabulous job with waxing eyebrows too. I have recommended a few ladies to see Rosa and now they are all returning customers :)
Love going to First Impressions. Had a few facials, peels and microdermabrasion done there and they are always lovely and gentle. They really listen to your concerns. Parking is also very convenient at the mall too. Had my eyelash extensions done there for the very first time and I am hooked. They look so natural! Give them a try
Went to see Richard Lee with my 2 young children. He is caring and gentle. My children were at ease when they saw him. He also uses the latest technology for orthotics. I received mine within a week. Highly recommend him and his son Ricky.
Have only been there for yum cha during lunch. They are always packed out so if you wanna get a table, you have to go early. The premises is not wheelchair nor kid friendly as it is situation on first floor and can only access it by climbing a rather long flight of stair. Seating arrangements is quite cramped. No proper high chairs for children. They only have booster seat with no restraint so the kids could potentially fall.
Service standards are hmm so-so. Can never get anyone's attension. Food though is one of the better ones in Canberra for yum cha. Have not tried dinner.
One of the better dumplings places around. You can actually see them make the dumpling through the windows which can be quite enterntaining. Very cramped seating arrangements and not very children friendly. But the food is decent. Service is ok too. They are quite clean too. Worth a try
My daughter got invited to a birthday party at The Fairies. The hostess dressed up as a fairy and got the kids to dance around. Parents could watch the kids on the screen outside the room. It is good that the only people/kids there were the invited so you have the venue all to yourself. Lucky the birthday girl's parents brought food for the adults as they only have coffee on offer.
The venue is good for little kids. All kids there were under 4 and they all seemed to have enjoyed themselves. I personally would not choose to have my daughter's party there but she did have a good time.
Yum Yum Yum. They have an amazing variety of sweets on offer. I just cannot choose only 1 thing from them. Always ended up buying 2 or 3 things, I just couldnt help myself. They are so delicious! You have to give them a try, even if you don't have a sweet tooth. They are awesome
Not a bad little place. You can get a quick bite at lunch but it does get really packed. Precooked food is very popular and taste not bad. Order on the spot takes quite a while. They are cheap and quick. I do occasionally go back
