For an upper market hotel to eat at, there was not a great deal on the menu. One of the girls at our table ordered along with the rest of us and the waitress forgot to give the order to the chef. On their defence, the waiter got her a complementry drink and the order was out very quickly. The experience was a nice one, but the food is a bit over priced for what it is.

As I had an emergency dental disaster, I was able to get in with these guys at the drop of a hat. Not saying they weren't busy, but the practice is large enough that there are enough dentists there for these kinds of situations. My dentist and his assistant were kind, gentle and very informative.

You can always find something old or something new in this great little store. Located in the antique heart of Woolloongabba, you can stop by for a browse or a coffee and cake. The helpful staff can always find something you need or simpy order something in if its not there!

My one stop shop for all things organic and bulk foods. The huge range of natural products is incredible and you can always get what you need thanks to the helpful and friendly staff.

Cheapest movies in the perfect location. Doesn't always have ALL the latest movies, but will be screening a majority of the latest and greatest. Get the kids in for an IMAX experience and head to some of the surrounding restaurants and coffee shops. Its a great way to spend the day.

Amazing range of second hand furniture and antique goods. From kitchen wear to the kitchen table, jewelery, bedding and rare treasures spread over 3 floors, there is something for everyone in this store!

Whenever any friends or family come to town, the Thai Rose is always our stop for fabulous Thai food. Lunch specials through the week are $10.90 and you are always left feeling satisfied by these guys. Full bar avaliable. Fantastic location, right in the heart of Woolloongabba.

Great place to head for a coffee and catch up with friends. Fantastic atmosphere with some interesting influences. Always a treat to go there. Line ups can get rather large sometimes though.

Ben's Vietnamese is a good place to head with a big bunch of friends who would like to experience some Vietnamese and Chinese food. I have dined here for lunch and dinner a few times, and have not been overly impressed. There are definitly cheaper and better Vietnamese restaurants around.

Love heading there with my mates for a quick and cheap Indian meal. Cant go past a $5.50 mixed vegetarian dish. Can get extremely busy with huge line ups. Gotta be saying something right?
