I took advantage of the three nights pay for two special and that perhaps enhanced our stay and feeling of value for money. I would likely take advantage of specials in the future as this makes a romantic escape more accessible. For a full paying customer, it might be nice to have the bags delivered to the room and breakfast available as room service. But no complaints here, it was one of the better stays I've had...and I've had many around the world.
