I rang them about getting internet access in my new house. she sorted it all out on the phone and within a week I had internet up and running. It was cheaper than any other company I could find and the coverage is excellent, but she checked on the computer first to make sure they had good cover in my area. Very helpful on the phone and patient too.

I stopped in to the bakery whilst doing some messages in Ballan around lunch time. I bought a pumpkin and ricotta pie and it was absolutely delicious. This is a nice little bakery with friendly people working there. I bought this pie on the recommendation of the staff member serving me,. Well done.

This is a friendly little post office in a small town. Service is great and they go out of their way to help you. I recently had some parcels delivered to the post office and found the staff very approachable and understanding. Helped me out to the car with the heavy ones and were just generally helpful and friendly

I went to the trouble of ringing them and made an appointment to have them come and give me a quote on some painting I need to have done, then sat and waited for them to come and they never showed up. Listen guys: if you dont want the job just say so instead of making appointments and having people wait for you when you have no intention of showing up. Poor service.

I came across these at a farmers market. They make the most beautiful looking and smelling handmade soaps. They also make bath bombs, lip gloss and hand creams but I did not try any of these. The soaps come in all different sizes, shapes, colors and smells. Suitable for children and adults. A great gift idea.

I rang them to put a digital antenna on my house. I had no antenna at all and when they got here they had to do more work than they planned on but did not charge me extra for it or say they have to come back or anything. They just did it and kept me informed about what they were doing and why.

A friend took me to "The mill Cottage" for lunch on my birthday. It is a really cosy place to sit and have lunch with an open fire going in the corner on cold wintery days. It was a lovely meal, maybe a little expensive but not enough to put you off going there. Atmosphere is great.

this is a great service and a wonderful way to travel across to Sorrento, but unfortunately it is so expensive that it would be something that you could not afford to do very often at all. It would take longer but would be much cheaper to drive. Not nearly as pleasant a trip though

this is a lovely little flower shop. The flowers are good quality and seem to last longer than at some of the bigger florists, the staff are friendly and helpful, and they do not charge like a wounded bull. You can buy bunches of flowers or full flower arrangements depending on your budget.

I have only ever been there during after school hours, and they have students working these hours. I have not met one who has not been extremely friendly and helpful (which can be difficult to find when hiring teenagers). I congratulate them on their excellent interview and hiring techniques because they always have great staff.
