quite a good place to eat although would be better without someone yelling and throwing plates from the kitchen. the service was ok but staff didn't come to check on us once we got our meals to see if we wanted drinks or desserts. Food was quite nice but nothing spectacular.

went here for lunch. the food was very expensive and when it arrived it was horrible. the food was barely edible with the roast being braised meat and miniscule little veggies that tasted as they had been dowsed in vinegar. the chicken schnitzel was a very cheap cut and tasted though it was off. in the poker machine area we ordered drinks and with the only other 5 people in the area took the service staff nearly 15 minutes to even come and take our orders. the place was empty and now we understand why.

a great free activity to do with the family and particularly kids. the science and discovery room was a great playground for kids to explore science and have fun. heaps of other attractions and great shows during the school holidays

Very inexpensive and well-equipped facility. Great friendly people working there. Very inclusive for all types of people. A great range of gym and sport fitness activities all within the centre. Some could do with some improvement and modernising to make it more current and inviting but being a community facility it is well worth what you pay for.

We enjoyed our visit. It reminds me more of a wildlife park than a zoo as it had a very limited range of animals. We enjoyed the feeding times were we got to see the animals up close with the ranger and find out interesting facts about the animals. Most of the animals were interactive with the people and would come up to the fences particularly the monkeys pulled faces! The cute little meerkats were the highlight. It is definetly not a large zoo and you can tell by the enclosures they aren't very well off but they do great conservation work. The gift shop left a lot to be desired. We went look for some unique gifts for the kids but only found generic toys we could buy anywhere. Was worth a visit but you wouldn't want to go over and over again.

Loved this experience. We went on the 2.5hr afternoon discovery cruise. The crew were very friendly and knowledgeable on the local area and were happy to entertain questions and provide their knowledge to all who asked. Great mix of historical and current local knowledge relating to what we saw on the cruise. The afternoon tea was good with a good variety. I'm not a drinker so the wine tasting was of no interest to me. The cruise was very relaxing and we really enjoyed our time

We enjoyed a great meal here whilst on our visit to Tasmania. The staff were very accommodating for my dietary requirements with no hesitation. Very friendly and very efficient. Great range of foods at the salad bar - could have been labelled a bit more clearly. Loved the atmosphere of the place. The food was deliciuos too! Would definetly go back again.

This review is for Tasmazia & The Village Of Lower Crackpot, Promised Land TAS

Thought it would be good to see as it was recommended. On entering we had to find someone to even pay entry because they were next door somewhere. Very over-priced for a maze! Walked into the maze and it was so clostraphobic and narrow I couldn't handle it. We got to the lower crackpot town which was excellent but left not long after as the maze was too much for us. Definetly not good for people who feel clostraphobic or who have spinal injuries as my husband does! We were only there for about 1/2 hr. The gift shop was nothing special with overpriced cheap novelties you can get in reject shops.

Great atmosphere - loved the old-fashioned feel and the staff really got into character and were very engaging. Enjoyed going on the steam train, horse and cart and the mini-rail. Great day out with the kids. Lacking a bit on food and drink facilities. A few attractions were closed for renovations or being built in the future. A bit run down but it should be good once all the attractions "coming soon" are finished and will definetly take the kids again. Gift shop VERY EXPENSIVE though with not much of a selection.

This review is for Big4 Bonny Hills Holiday Park, Bonny Hills NSW

A good budget place to stay with the kids. Liked that it was on the beach. The feel of the cabins was very quaint and nice. Bit disappointed with a few health & safety issues with the kids such as rangehood sticky-taped, doors not closing properly, sharp edges and curtain rods falling. The room size was adequate for what we paid. Facilities for the kids were good - they had fun in the water park pool (which is a wading pool with an activity set in the middle signature of Big4), jumping pillow, and pedal karts. Some of the facilities look run-down and holes in walls need a bit of TLC. Staff were ok - firstly didn't give us everything we paid for in our package but after speaking with them they gave us the extras and were friendly about it. Was a nice little country town holiday park but not what I would usually expect from a Big4.
