Pretty good prices, very efficient workers, but as others have mentioned, don't expect an engaging conversation. Sometimes, I get the feeling they are laughing or making fun of customers in Vietnamese!

Have only been once, but was thrilled with the way my brows looked. Super friendly and prices are very reasonable. I used to go to Hollywood Eyebrows in Brighton. They are a total rip-off in comparison and charge double the price of Brow Theory (plus they only use wax) My brows have looked great now for 5 weeks and I've just booked in again. I will definitely continue to use Brow Theory. They're fantastic!! I love their discount for a re-shape within 4 weeks and the fact you get a free one after 5 visits. Highly recommended
