I have alway found these guys to look after me. They don't do work unless it needs to be done. If work can wait they will tell you about it and suggest when it will need to be attended to. If there is a specific problem they will take time to identify the problem. They have a courtesy car available at times.
I appreciated that throughout the job I was kept informed. They were prompt at arriving within the designated time frame. They were pleasant to deal with at all levels of my dealings with them - the tradesman on the job was pleasant.
Ed responded promtly to arrange a suitable time to provide a quote and was within the time frame designated. He was prompt in assigning a start and finish date once he was given the job. There was a one day delay to starting which he communicated to me before hand. I appreciated Ed's promptness and willingness to communicate with me throughout the job. Great job!
I have been pricing water features for 2 years at various locations. At warren Glen I found the staff to be very informative and very willing to explore various options. Compared to others I've spoken to they appear to really know what they are talking about. There approach gave me all the information I required but were also willing to identify and explore (appropriately) possible issues that maybe encountered which actually menat I would ultimately spend less. They were able to provide info for the whole project. Nothing spent thusfar.
When I arrived a staff member welcomed me (shock) and asked if I they could be of assistance to me. They spent about 20min with me as we explored my preference and options. They also had items I was not able to find in other stores.
When you finally get attended to to service is good and staff seem well informed and take time to ensure you have neccessary info to make a good decision on what product will best suit your needs. The down side is you may need to wait a while especially on weekends.

Electrical Dept (Fridges) - Staff stood around talking to each other (not serviing other customers), took 15 min to get their attention, then gave me 2 min and a few product facts them said they would leave me to look on my own. I got the impression I was an interuption. I have been into this dept an numerous occasions and have found it difficult to get customer service. It is with reluctance I go back.
