My dear father o passed away and I needed to organise his funeral As soon as a possible. I contacted another funeral service and after multiple phone calls no one got back to me . Then I searched and Lincoln Family Funerals came at top of last . At that momment I remembered that they have helped us with my mother's funeral in 2016 and they were amazing. This time around they made it a very easy process to organise Dad's funeral in a very short time with all the details attended to a tea. I first used the services of Lincoln Family Funerals after the death of my husband in 2015. My daughter and I were both very impressed with the way things were handled then and the fact that there was no hard up-sell, just making us aware of our options within our budget. Last year they also did a beautiful service for my darling mother. After the sudden death of my second husband this year they were able to provide the ‘no service’ cremation my husband wanted for a reasonable price. During this difficult period I was most appreciative of Laura’s practical advice coupled with her empathetic manner - it was just what I needed! Thank you!

Affordable and great service. We initially started our pre funeral planning with Malinda who was really really helpful. She took us through all the various options and her suggestions were very helpful. when the actual funeral took place, we missed her tremendously as she's moved towns but we had Donna and Bec to help out. We recently lost our son and Laura was wonderful with both guiding us and assisting us through the process of arranging a funeral service/cremation. She took onboard our needs and requirements during this difficult time and did a wonderful job of organising a fitting and memorable funeral service for our son. She was great at communicating with us and responding back to us always in a timely fashion, even though and I stress we had to organise everything with her whilst we were interstate at the time. She is great at what she does and incredibly empathetic which is what you need during your period of grief. Thank you for all that you did for our son and our family, we are glad we had you by our side to guide and support us. The service was seamless and everything flowed perfectly. After losing our brother suddenly, our family was obviously devastated, but the team at Lincoln handled everything with such care, concern and dignity, not only for our brother, but for all family members, and we are so very grateful. Keith was amazing and couldn't have been more compassionate and understanding. He handled everything with the utmost professionalism, while still remaining warm and approachable. Because the coroners office was involved, Keith made sure we were aware of what was happening and he checked in regularly to keep us updated. Karen was an amazing celebrant. Her eulogy was heartfelt and warm and people commented that they genuinely thought she must have known our brother personally because of the way she spoke of him (she didn't know him, she is just amazing at her job). Dean was a wonderful help preparing the service booklet and photo display. He made sure it was exactly what we wanted, sending through proofs to ensure everything was perfect. Everyone at Lincoln went out of their way to make our family feel that we were a priority. When my father was hospitalised with Covid and we had to postpone the service, nothing was too much trouble for them. We probably got to deal with the team longer than most as it was nearly 3 weeks from my brother passing, until we were able to hold the service, but that whole time, and even after, there was continual follow up and their care for us never waned. We would highly recommend the team at Lincoln and would like to thank them, wholeheartedly, once again.

No one plans for the requirements of a funeral service, during this difficult time I cannot express how grateful our family was with the team at Lincoln funerals especially Keith. Keith was very understanding of our requests for a funeral that Mum wanted, no fuzz and not long. The celebrant was caring and understanding and offered suggestions on things we hadn't considered. Mum would have been very happy with the service. Thank-you for making the day a loving tribute to our mum.

The moment we met Laura, she showed us compassion and assured us that our mum was in good hands...we knew we had gone to the right funeral directors. There are not enough words to describe the grace by which Keith and Stella cared for our family and for my dear partner Iris in her last journey. Each o f them contributed so much in their own way. I am particularly grateful to Stella for the wonderful preparation of Iris and her complete caring of all mourners at the service. From the first phone call with Donna l knew we had the correct place for my son. Meeting with Dean in my own home was so amazing from us being in shock with the sudden loss of my son Dean listened to us and what we wanted and was just so eager to help us achieve what we wanted for my son. Dean not only listen he went through with everything we wanted even down to the fact of dress and hair style it was amazing. I have had to arrange several funerals over the years but Lincoln's was the best and l would recommend anyone with a loss to speak to this amazing team. My first conversation with Lincoln FF involved speaking with Donna, who immediately put my mind at ease. After speaking to another funeral parlour and being very unsatisfied, Donna was a breath of fresh air. Nothing was a problem or made me feel inferior. Donna advised she was leaving the office and we would get a call shortly; we then dealt with Dean Saitta, who was also amazing on the phone. Dean came out to meet with our family and listened, showed empathy, gave us ideas and suggestions but more importantly, he was even better with his follow-through. We had a private viewing, and the way my brother was dressed was exactly as requested, even putting his shirt on backwards to have the logo of his shirt bigger. The day was done so well with care and respect, precision and professionalism, even as far as putting coloured lights under the casket to enhance. Would I recommend Lincoln? You bet I would and will suggest to anyone in their time of need—value for money, exceeding expectations and nothing too hard.

I was given the details and number of the 'Lincoln Family Funerals' Parlour through a friend who stated that they were wonderful with her own family's funeral, therefore, I took the opportunity to call them up and find out more. The Lincoln Family were extremely caring and professional, showing empathy and understanding at all times. They were very affordable and the packages were excellent (especially when searching other funeral services as well) which suited us perfectly. Recently my Mother passed away, 2020 is a year we will all remember as it’s caused heartache for many. I live interstate and unfortunately I was unable to see my mother prior to her passing nor attend the funeral due to border closures, I can honestly say I was a mess. To arrange a funeral plus a church service from interstate you would think it would be difficult? We felt we were in control of everything and with Laura being so patient & understanding, nothing was any trouble. Everything supplied by Lincoln Family Funerals was first class as we upgraded some things and added additional options. Exclusive use of all ladies for both mortuary and service was handled easily and something that Mum would have preferred. Janine (celebrant) was so easy to work with and made the service a celebration of a life well lived, not a sad affair. Sorry I'm a bit late doing this review but I've been struggling a bit trying to think what to write, I have been to a few funerals since and found ( especially on the day ) Keith and Donna to be much more compassionate and patient, which I think is so important, than the people who ran the other funerals , they didn't rush us afterwards like the other funeral company who I won't name. Excellent service from the first interview with the family until the final phase of the actual funeral. Laura, our contact person, was exemplary in the way she dealt with all the finer details that we never even thought to ask about. She even suggested a guard of honour as the coffin left the chapel, which was a real highlight of an excellent service. Because my finances would only allow the basic package, and even though we bought the flowers for the top of the coffin, and we provided our own person to act as celebrant, the cost came to just on $4,100). I would unequivocally recommend Lincoln Family Funerals if you want a dignified but cost-effective funeral.

Not only did staff respectfully carry out tasks as prescribed, they also went above and beyond with their care for myself and my daughter who were at a loss having to organize a funeral we were not at all prepared for. Laura was very caring and professional in arranging my late husband’s cremation and I would recommend Lincoln Family Funerals. However after 6 weeks I still hadn’t received his Death Certificate. A phone call to them confirmed it had been submitted. So today I went to the Office of Births, Deaths and Marriages to see why I hadn’t received it yet. After quite some time of investigation they finally found that Lincoln Family Funerals had misspelled his name on the Application so it hadn’t been issued yet. The staff there were very helpful and one of the managers went to a lot of trouble to correct the mistake and they provided me with the Death Certificate. I would recommend that all staff at Lincoln Family Funerals take extra care with future Applications so other wives and husbands don’t have to go through such an ordeal not to mention the time (3 hours today) as well as the delay in dealing with Centrelink, banks etc.

I am so grateful to Kim and the team. The service, guidance, sincerity and caring nature during the hardest week of our lives was beyond what I could've expected. We where guided step by step, which was great as I had no idea what I was doing, and nothing was to difficult. Everyone has comment to me on how beautiful the service was for my wife and it is all thanks to Kim and the Team behind her. Could not recommend them enough to anyone in need of there services. Kim - thank you for being so helpful, timely, and professional. We had an unexpected death and a funeral to arrange quickly to accommodate a family member who was arriving back in Sydney from overseas - at 7AM - and another who was flying out at 10PM. It all happened as planned, with no fuss. And minimal stress for us!

Highly recommend this family run business. They were very professional assisting us with my fathers funeral that was organised beautifully within such a short period of time. They caprured the essence of my father so well and recommended the perfect celebrant. It made a difficult time so much easier for us to cope with. Kim in particular was fantastic going above and beyond to ensure my mother was comfortable with the experience. Many people at the funeral were complimentary of how lovely it was.

Lincoln Family Funerals were fantastic from the very first devastating phone call. Leanne was beautiful kind and so caring, Leanne took control and assured me that mum would be looked after immediately and taken into their care not picked up and taken to some other mortuary ,this was a huge concern for me and the family. Kim then made contact and we couldn't have asked for a more caring and professional company. Kim made this awful experience a not so bad time instead remembered and actually celebrated mums life. The day went without a hitch and all 200 guest commented on what a beautiful service it was. Thank you to Kim and her great team. Thanks Kim for the opportunity you gave me to spend some private time with mum. My family and I would have no hesitation in recommending your loving and caring company. To Kim, Rebecca, Peter & Barb, The day my heart was broken you were there for me to help ease the pain. You took my beloved Jackie into your loving care and for that I am forever grateful. Everyone has said how beautiful her farewell was. The Little White Chapel was just perfect, the flowers were beautiful, the photo cards and DVD Presentation were fantastic.
