Very disappointed with their service. I had used them in the past and was happy. But second time round they damaged several of our items. When I asked them to be replaced they spent about a month trying to repair these which really not repairable. They dropped a box onto our TV unit which smashed the corner. The repairer tried patching this and then tried to spray paint a wood colour over it. I asked them to claim on insurance and never heard from them again. I would guess they are not really insured. Dishonest - I would stay away from this mob. Do your self a favour - see if you can physically find their offices before you use them so you know you can track them down. Good luck!

We moved from Claremont to Swanbourne on 11th December 2015. TP and Kevin arrived on time and worked so hard in the heat for 7 hours. They were fantastic, managing to move all our gear from a single story to a two story house without any damage to our new walls!! They were polite and upbeat the whole time,despite having a very tough job to do - physically demanding and also having the responsibility of looking after people's possessions. We highly recommend this company. Extremely good value for money.

My wife and I used this company last month for the removal of a complete household of furniture from Willetton to Madora Bay. We used the company because we had used them once before and was happy with the service.
Not this time though - far from happy.
One of the workmen was good but his companion can only be described as rough and incompetent.
This workman gouged the plater of a wall oif our njew house, with his trolley. He did not report the matter to me and when confronted admitted to doing the damage. His companion said (and wrote on the invoice that the company would fix tyhe damage)> When I* phoned the office with my concern over the matter I was treated offhandedly and promised return phone calls were not forthcoming. I had to repair the damage myself.
Packing boxes were moved and left lying on their sides or upside down - no matter they may have been marked as glass and were labelled with a large arrow to indicate which way they were to be placed. Two glass items were broken because of the rough and careless handling.
I personally asked that care be taken with a large wooden trunk as I had packed some valuable ceramic figurines inside. The trunk had rope handles at either end and was no trouble to be carried by the two workmen - but the trunk was conveyed inside by means of a trolley and left standing on its end. The contents were all a jumble but luckily, as being well wrapped, nothing was broken.
Glass shelves were taken out of a cabinet for easier movement but were not replaced when delivered. I had great difficulty in replacing the shelves myself. They had obviously been left out due to the difficulty experienced in removing them.

I recently moved from Innaloo to Doubleview and used Sovereign Removals and their service was fantastic from start to finish. They provided a free quote, flexible booking (I was unable to confirm move date until a few days beforehand) and brilliant on the day service. We had TP and Jayden doing the move and they were so hard working, careful with our furniture and efficient. They were happy to help in any way and made the move a non stressful experience. Moved house on Friday 4th Sept and Kev and the boys made easy work of a big job. They managed to contort some large furniture through doorways into rooms I thought would need a wall removed and all the time having a good laugh. Nothing was a problem for them and all care was taken.

I ordered boxes earlier in the week and they were delivered on time, I asked for more boxes on moving day and they guys brought them. Dear all, I thought I could not let the opportunity go by without congratulating your company on the very successful move of our household from our previous home to our new address in Melville. This occurred on Thursday May 14th.
It was a labour intensive day with the removal crew working 10.5 hours from 8.30am into the gathering gloom of 7.00pm. Kevin and Carl were the utmost professionals and their expertise and efficiency were impressive to say the least. These men worked non-stop all day in loading and unloading 2 full truckloads of belongings. They were Olympians of the removal game.

We moved into a 2 storey house and had quite a few large pieces of furniture to move. Jeremy and Shane were adamant they would get the furniture upstairs with a tricky staircase to manoeuvre around. Because of a narrow doorway, our big dining table had to go over the fence. Nothing was too hard for them, and nothing was damaged. Fabulous!

The move was done on a 39 degree day but at no time did the 2 removalists complain. They joked with each other and us while they carried out the move in a very professional and caring manner. I would definitely recommend them highly.

Top service! We experienced delays in our settlement and needed to postpone our moving day at very late notice. Sovereign were SO accommodating; even after providing us with a box pack earlier that week; and rescheduled us to move on Christmas Eve. Shane and Tama were very professional and took such good care of our belongings. We would have no hesitation in recommending Sovereign!
