I never write reviews but I was so impressed with John, a senior technician, from Trusted Pest Management in his thorough approach and the way he took the time to answer my concerns in a very knowledgeable and non-patronising way. He picked up things that had been missed in a previous pest report. He has a great attitude and his communication skills were exceptional. I would recommend this company based on my dealings with John.

I recently chose to go with Trusted Pest Management after receiving a quotation regarding a termite inspection. The whole process of calling the office was lovely. We recently used Trusted for a Pest & Building inspection on a property we purchased. Trusted were very thorougher with their investigation and report. They were easy to book, easy to pay, well priced given the service. They ensured reports were received quickly to allow us to make an appropriate decision on the property within our contracted timeline. There were a couple of items that we sought further information on to assist with our negotiations, and they happily provided clarification, and their thoughts to assist our decision.
We would highly recommend Trusted to anyone, and will be using them for any future works they can provide.

This is a modern day business that is completely conscious towards amazing customer service and efficiency towards getting jobs complete. My rental used this company for a pest spray and I have to say that I am totally impressed with the professionalism displayed by Ian. I am highly sensitive to any chemicals and sprays being asthmatic. Ian was sympathetic to my condition and made sure I was well away and in clear ventilation. The products are natural and it didn't bother my teenagers at all. (I have not had any issues after the spray either :) )
I cannot recommend Trusted Pest Management or Ian highly enough.

I purchaced a property at tamborine and was suplied a building and pest report by the real estate which stated previous evidence of white ants no current activity found. they were everywhere. i called Tudor from trusted pest managment. He was brilliant with the advice given and the honesty in which the whole prossess of a full barrier around my home was installed. i have rebuilt the majority of my home in the 12mths since and have found not one termite. I have just had my 12mth inspection and top up. Trusted sent tech Andrew out who was again brilliant in his attention to detail inspecting my home and topping up the barrier. Have rental properties and highly recommend the entire Trusted Pest Management team. Office staff promptly notify my real estate agent of annual treatment anniversaries. I had to email to let you know that Brett has just finished the pest inspection at the house I rent and he made a usually annoying and inconvenient thing very pleasant .
Brett was very professional in his approach to the job he had to do.
I am a very confident person but in this day and age, it is a little worrying to have a person (of the male gender) who you don't know, come to your house .................the stories you hear !!
Brett's personality and demeanour put you at ease and made you feel safe.
Brett also took the time to answer any questions I had and explain what he was doing / has to come back and do.
Best pest treatment I've ever had
