This is what I describe as being standard pub fare. I go there for lunch sometimes when I have a coupon or for the odd family occasion like a children's birthday or a quick family lunch.

The service can be slow but the staff are friendly. The food is nothing outstanding but relatively affordable and quite large in portion size. The menu is limited but I don't go to a pub looking for a new culinary experience. The playground is large, enclosed and clean so parents can let their kids play in safety.

I have used iinet for the last five years for my phone and internet service and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the service and the customer care given during that period.

I started out on a relatively small package, 50/50GB a month however on 3 separate occasions my download limit has been permanently boosted at no extra cost simply for being a good, loyal customer. I am now on 150/150GB a month at the same price I originally started at.

I hardly ever experience interruption in my service but on the odd occasions I have or had to call regarding another matter iinet staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. I love their callback feature so you are not wasting laborious time on the phone listening to bad hold music whilst waiting to speak to a consultant.

I thoroughly recommend iinet to everyone, whilst they are only beginning to offer naked broadband at this time their service really is far and away better then their competition.

Bec was an absolute dream when it came to photography for my wedding. I had met with a number of photographers before I went to StudioMax and felt put off because their 'vision' of what wedding photos should be because of their 'experience in the industry' did not seem to take into account for what I wanted. From the moment I called StudioMax to make an appointment to discuss my needs with them they were friendly, professional and eager to hear my ideas.

Bec was the representative we met with on uor first meeting - she was informative, offered suggestions and ideas but also took a keen interest in what my groom and I envisioned for our day. We ultimately went with her for our photographer because not only did she have a genuine enthusiasm but we felt confident we'd get something we'd love in the end.

The customer service blew us away. They took the time to get to know us, including the receptionists but they also honored a package which was replaced before we made our final booking. This meant we got a complimentary engagement photo shoot and picture from that but also $100 credit for the photos we would purchase from the final wedding selection.

Yes, the cost a little extra then some places but you will NEVER regret the quality of the photos and final album (which you create yourself in a 2 hour session so you are not rushed) or the customer service you receive during the entire process. They do offer a lay-by scheme.

I will never go anywhere else for my professional photography needs now. We were so happy we invited Bec to join our wedding reception to share a drink with us, she was just that pleasant to be around.

I went here to get my nails done for my wedding. I had made an appointment but when I went in there was no technician available and I had to wait 20 mins until someone was available. I asked for gel french tips and that's what I received, good quality nails which lasted at least two weeks - after which I returned to get them removed in preparation for a outdoors honeymoon.

The service was disappointing. At no point did the technician attempt to make any kind of conversation with me, she preferred to talk to the other consultants or not at all. When I informed her that the pressure was hurting me, causing a sharp burning sensation in my cuticles and actually caused it to split open I received a heavy sigh but no apology.

I do not know if they have limited English or they simply expect you to know what the process is but they do not offer any directions on what I was meant to be doing. At one point she put away all her equipment and went to the next customer, after a moment of my hesitation she gestured to the heater at the back of the store impatiently.

Basically if you are happy to go in, get your nails done in silence or chat to the customer next to you, you'll get a nice set of nails at a reasonable price but nothing else.

This cafe has recently changed hands but the chef is the same and therefore the food is always of good quality and amazing flavor.

The atmosphere is trendy and modern since the restaurant has been revamped. It has maintained its intimate feel yet the updated motif is pleasing to the eye.

The lunch menu gives you a choice of a three course meal for under $20 and is always worth a try. Whilst the choices are limited from the main menu the food is presented in the same quality and although the portion sizes are slightly smaller then normal you never feel left cheated or hungry.

The staff are attentive, friendly and professional. It's well worth a visit either for a long lunch or for dinner on a date night.

I will always recommend the fish from this place. Its always delicious, perfectly cooked and moist. The food is always good quality, great range, not oily and quite often you find a little extra potato cake which I quite enjoy.

The service can be a little slow when it is busy but that is because of the sheer volume of people who know and enjoy the place. The staff are always pleasant and helpful and the shop is always clean.

I was supremely impressed with the service I received from the start. From the moment someone was sent out to evaluate my heating needs they were friendly, informative and professional.

When the install went ahead the team sent out were very polite and respectful of my home. They were quick, cleaned up after themselves (including vacuuming my floors below the install) and made sure I knew exactly how to operate my new heating system before they left. They also made sure I knew who to contact if I had any problems or queries.

Quality install which made me appreciate the value for money for the service provided and have full confidence in the product we had installed.

I love this cafe, its my favorite to take my friends for a coffee, long lunch or brunch.

The menu is constantly evolving and the food is well priced, delicious and of amazing quality. The stand outs have to be their chips which are crunchy, thick and never oily. The coffee is also a real treat, smooth and well made.

The staff are all very friendly, even when they are busy they never stop smiling or let their customer service slip. The atmosphere is comfortable, modern and trendy, its a shame they do not have a larger space to work with as the place is always packed and seating can be a touch limited.

I cannot recommend this place enough, if you're passing by it is well worth the visit.

Unfortunately all my experiences have been a bit hit-and-miss with this establishment. The quality of the food is quite nice and the portion size is proportionate to the cost. Personally, the only problem I have had with the food is my order have been mixed up and I was given someone else food and a couple of times they forgot to add certain ingredients into my order - such as, I ordered tzatziki sauce but got sour cream or nothing at all.

I do not recommend getting the food delivered unless you order well in advance. They take an age to deliver and quite often forget parts of your order, such as chips or drinks. If this happens they do not offer a refund, they make you wait as they go back to the store to collect the missing items or you simply forgo what was left behind.

The customer service is below standard as well. Most of the workers seem bored or disinterested and have on more then one occasion given me conflicting information or overcharged me without an apology.
