I always love the food here - the Cheese & Potato Pancake with Bacon Bits and an iced chocolate is my fave. Value for money is terrible though, they are so expensive. Service is ok and ambience is fine - just like every other pancake parlour, really. We go here occassionally before or after a movie at Eastland but don't go out of your way!!

The Yum Cha here is absolutely fabulous. I can't say more than that!!! Service was great and ambience lovely with the glass walls looking out onto the river. Quite expensive, but worth it for a once-every-now-and-again experience. Yum Cha cost about $40 per person without any 'extras'.

We go here on Monday's and Tuesdays when they have half price food and it is great value. Food is always excellent and I highly recommend the Nacho's, the Beef Quessidila and the chocolate mousse dessert. A two course meal for two on half price night will set you back around $50. If you don't go on half price night, it is too expensive and not good value. Don't count on quality service - we waited for half an hour one night for waitress to take our dessert order. Needless to say we left and got some Sara Lee on the way home. Without a doubt, service is the major drawback of this place. I agree with a previous post - 'staff are bored and manager has an attitude problem' (LeonS, April 2009)

We went here with a Shop-A-Docket and it was barely reasonable value. Potatoes were rotten (but we were comped with free desserts) and the Parma topping was dry and overcooked. The Risotto Balls for entree were fabulous but the rest of the meal was highly average. A three course meal for two and a couple of drinks will set you back around $100 if you don't have discount voucher and I don't see that as anywhere near good value for the quality of the food. Ambience was excellent - that's the best I can say about this place.

Absolutely excellent Yum Cha but the service was a little slow. The bill was very expensive ($85.00) for two people, but to be fair we had two dishes off the menu. If you stick to basic Yum Cha, it should be around $50 - $60 for two people. I do highly recommend this place.

wow, these dumplings were magnificent. I highly recommend this place - good service, great food. The only drawback - don't pin your hopes on the Chinese tea sitting at the table. It's awful but free in a flask from which you just help yourself. We had the Steamed Peking Pork Dumplings and the Fried Chicken & Prawn (total bill $15.50) - these dumplings are EXCELLENT!!! We will definitely be back next Sunday.
