Have been coming to Steve for nearly 14 years now and have never changed Mechanics. His wife, Robyn, at the reception is a pleasure to talk to and knowledgeable as well. We have had 4 and 6 cylinder cars as well as our faithful 4WD and never had a problem. One thing I really like as a female, you dont get spoken down to. I also had work done on the car at the beginning of last year (oil leak), and about 4 months on he found it still leaking during my service, so no charges were incurreed due to the work being under warranty. Whether Im after a service or information on buying a new car, he has always taken my call.

Have been going to this business ever since we decided to build an inground pool as our above ground one decided to die. Their endless help regarding pool equipment was invaluable. We always get our products from here and find the staff more than friendly when we check out new products. I even had a problem with out vacuum head, it took 2-3 days visiting a few times, even being invited into their service room having the man explain the ins and outs of our vacuum head while it was apart. They supplied me with a few new parts to see what was needed. Eventually we found out it needed new gears but only charged for this part, even though he installed a few parts to try and work out the problem. And they dont treat women like doormats lol so says my wife. Very knowledgeable, thank you

My family really enjoy going here as a last minute dinner. Meals are well priced, decent serve on your plate, always being looked after and you have a choice to eat inside or outside (which is nice at lunch times). Had a small problem with our last visit a few weeks ago where I found a piece of cardboard in my meal. Spoke to the manager who was so apologetic, gave me my money back for the meal and also a $20 voucher to come back. It was just really nice to have someone give perfect customer service instead of blaming the customer. We stayed and finished off with the best desserts you have ever had. Went back two days ago and got the best meals and service as usual, thank you

Cant say enough about this place. Have been going for nearly 10 years now and the service, location, food and staff I cant fault. Whether you like a wine or not, its a great place to visit, beautiful location and lovely food. Its a regular thing for our family to take visiting family and friends and they all say the same as we do. Daughter also had her Year 12 Formal there and said the food was beautiful and staff were so nice.

Myself and another mother found this company on the internet advertising themselves as a 6 star company and also the money back Guarantee, so chose to use them for our children's year12 Formal. But sadly, it was a disaster from start to finish. Problems were incorrect music, incorrect limo, driver arrived but parked next door so unfort noone saw him arrive due to childrens photo session indoors, when all limos arrived at venue, each one stopped for a minute to let the children get a lineup photo in front of their respective limo, sadly when our kids got out of their limo getting ready to line up, the driver drove off clipping one of the girls. And to top off the night, when it was pickup time, the driver chose to park 200m down the hill instead of the main entrance so the school principal had to walk the kids down the hill as noone was allowed to leave without a parent or limo. So many complaints were made, only received one reply arguing that nothing happened so dont expect any refund. So sad considering a child was hit, so much went wrong, and all they were worried about was the money. DONT expect any Guarantee to be honoured, unfortnately having to take this complaint further :(
