The food is very nice, the service is terrible, many staff working but none of them come up to you. From the minute you arrive you end up standing at the front for 5 to 6 minutes before someone greets you, you then get seated and again need to get the waiters attention for a drink and the best thing to do is place your food order at the same time as one they leave your table you then need to wait and wait before they come back. Finally when you get up to pay at the front counter it is another waiting game, what is their problem do they not want to serve their customer??? Pity considering the food is nice.

Servie is lacking, the staff are not very friendly and although there is a number of staff working they do not come to your table to take a drink order or to see if everything is ok. The food is very nice, however the service needs improving.

My family found the pizza to be bland & over cooked. The menu has a good choice of meals & caters for children but pity the pizza isn't up to scratch.
The good about this place is the pasta, very tasty.

The Bistro food is nice & the menu is ok nothing special. The staff in the Bistro are great, very friendly, the staff in the gaming area however can improve on their service. Overall the club is a great place to have a drink with friends.

Poor food and poor service. The staff in particular the Manager of Stamford is rude & can not handle negative feedback. Stamford can do so much better, in my opinion they need a revamp of staff as the place has potential.

Great wines list & nice good place for a drink with friends. They can get busy at times as the dining are is not that big so booing is essential.

This venue has a great menu & good variety, however the food is of a cheap quality & could be improved. The menu makes the food sound very nice but a big disappointment when the food arrived. My parents bragged about this place but they also were disappointed & couldn't believe the change.

This play centre really needs to get their act together. The birthday parties are disorganised & tables are dirty. The staff in particular the owner is a very rude person who does not value feedback & becomes arrogant at any sugestions made. The upside of this centre is that it is big & has good equipment. THe prices of the cafe food is very expensive as well.

Very fast and efficient workers. No appointment needed. The only down fall is they are not very friendly & talk in Vietnamese in front of you through out the whole appointment.

Went to a birthday party for my nephew & the birthday was done very nicely. Unlike other play centres where the food is cheap & nasty this centre not only had quality but the quantity was also noticed amongst some of the adults that were hungry. Face painting was included in the party & the kids luved getting this done. The staff are very friendly & ensure the party is running smoothly. I would highly reccomend this play centre for a birthday, beats cooking at home.
