Lorn pharmacy has excellent customer service and if you have a health query you get great advice. There is a small collection of makeup,toiletries,baby products and gifts. Most of these are at an affordable price.

The dvd section in Kmart Maitland is pretty minimal. They don't have a great range of dvd's at all. The women's clothes are of poor quality and are cheaply made. Some of the home wares are of good quality and you can get them for a cheap price. One redeeming factor is that they have a good supply of kids shoes.

Donut King in Maitland is a good place to go if you want to get a quick coffee. The donuts are overpriced but they are pretty yummy. The Donut King drink card is really good as you get a free drink after you collect a few holes in your card. Also there is normally plenty of tables and chairs nearby to eat your donuts and drinks.

This beauty salon is quite small and only has one beauty therapist. Kim is a very experienced beautician and is warm and friendly. I regularly visit her salon to get waxes and sometimes facials too. Her price's are very affordable. One tip book an appointment because it's hard to get an appointment on the spot.

I mostly go here for lunches during the week. My kids love it here as there is a kids play room with a TV and toys. If you have a shop a docket you can get a main course for $7 with another main course paid in full. The menu is updated regularly and the meal sizes are very generous!!

Lavender's cafe is in a lovely part of Maitland, right near the river. They have a good menu. There is a lovely big tree in the outdoors area that gives a relaxing theme to the cafe. Prices are average and the food is excellent.

Quite a good beauty salon. I normally get my underarm's and eyebrows waxed here and they do an excellent job. The services are affordable and the ladies are very professional and friendly.

This is a very good doctor surgery. My doctor is Margaret Smith and she is fantastic! Has a nice little waiting room and toys for the kids to play with!

The restaurant is always clean. Good priced meals. The chinese food itself is very yummy and you get a very generous helping. Will keep coming back for more. Good service too.

Not much space for eating outside. Only one table and two chairs. They do really good burgers and they do deliver but you have to spend over $30. Good fish and chips.
