i was quite impressed with this place. It was really clean, the staff were efficient and helpful and it wasn't too busy. With such a tiny entrance off the mall, it opens up to quite a spacious place. Glad we tried it out.

These guys rock! Seriously, they have awesome stock and loads of it!! Their stock changes all the time, so a weekly visit is very worthwhile. Far cheaper than other charity thrift shops; just brilliant.

Zest truly is awesome! Looks very humble in decor/flooring etc, but the service is brilliant and the food is yummo!!! Lots of selection....I just hope they start offering soy yoghurt real soon!

Their pizza is one of the best EVER! However, the first time we ordered from them, we turned up at the specified time to find they hadn't started making our order (another 30min wait)! Last night, hubby went down and ordered, collected and got home to discover he'd been given someone else's order! I think more staff and better organisation could make this an awesome business!

Excellent service; really impressive. Good selection of meals (even for vegetarians!), nice atmosphere and popular without being too crowded. Popped in on the spur of the moment and we are glad we did!

Ginling is awesome! My husband and I both enjoyed the food; service was great. It always seems busy and has been around forever, so they are obviously getting it right! Very affordable Chinese food.

I have never been happy with a Harvey Norman experience. Their cash register/receipt process always seems so amateurish, I have never found customer service to be good and there is absolutely no atmosphere in their store.

Franco's have such a pleasant store atmosphere; it is like an old-fashioned greengrocer's and I love it! They have a wide range of produce, lots of staff and it is just a great place to shop.

Excellent floral displays, a little pricey and not quite as friendly as I would have liked. Great city location to pick up a last minute gift if money is not a concern.

Lining up for 10 minutes to place a drinks order, 10mins to place a mains order & 10 minutes to pay the bill is seriously not enjoyable! Every time they have a 'special' on, they forget to roster more staff on, so the poor staff are run off their feet and have to deal with unhappy customers; management needs a haulover!
