Hard to review this one- I have been there twice, and while my first experience was a positive one, the 2nd time it was terribly disappointing- bad service and food was awful! Hopefully we just got them on a bad night... 1st visit we ordered from the stonegrill, 2nd time off the menu (dry, tasteless schnitzels with no decent accompaniments and bad gravy) so perhaps the trick is to cook the food yourself?

A wonderful little place in a great location. Always busy when the weather is good. Great value breakfasts and lunches, mains are a bit more pricey but certainly worth it. If you're looking for good value for money, try and avoid the drinks which are expensive. Also available for hire (free, I think if you purchase some food) for parties/birthdays etc.

A great little hidden treasure of a CD shop- I have spent many hours browsing (and buying) here over the years. Only a small shop, but has a great range of CDs especially if you're into more alternative music, Australian bands or older classics. Not the place to come if you're after only top 20, but brilliant for "I'd forgotten about them/I don't have that CD in my collection" moments. All CD's are either the same price as elsewhere (including JB Hi Fi) or cheaper, and there are large $10 racks to trawl through. A small 2nd hand and vinyl section makes this the collector's CD store. Owner knows his stuff, and is most often found chatting away to customers who, like myself, can't resist stopping by for a bit of a look.

A busy little bakery, but for good reason! Beautiful, delicious products and wonderful service. I love their pasties, the apricot strueselbuns, and the gelati in summer is to die for. A top quality bakery, which we always visit when in the Barossa (whether we're hungry or not!)

A great Cafe, offering everything you'd expect- great food and coffee, service, nice open, airy environment, can get a little noisy, but there's always room for you. Opposite Piccadilly cinemas, which is handy. I haven't ever had a bad meal here, so would recommend it.

Large store filled with all things baby related. You're likely to find everything you'll ever need here! Not especially cheap, but reasonable and with some good specials.

A great one-stop shop for everything baby/kids related. Half the store is babies-r-us, the other half is toys-r-us, so enough there to keep you busy for the 1st 10+ years! Prices are reasonable but not super-cheap, unless there's a particular special- I picked up some Bonds baby clothes at about 60-70% off retail at the end of a season. Go here for range, not necessarily best value.

A great shop with everything you need.. but even better, the staff are really helpful and informative. My husband and I nervously ventured in at 4 months pregnant with the aim of researching prams, car seats etc. and the sales assistant was so very helpful, talked us through everything and never once pressured us so buy. Needless to say, we went back about a month later, and bought most of our big ticket items there.

Not the classiest of cinemas, but this can have it's advantages on a Monday night when you make a last minute decision to duck out for a movie in your trackies! Get $10 tix on presentation of a Cinebuzz card (free to sign up). Has all the latest releases, expect to have the cinema basically to yourself during the week, and even sometimes strangely quiet on weekends (depending on what you're there to see.) Service is fine, cinemas are clean, no parking issues... and did I mention the $10 tickets?

This review is for Salvos, North Adelaide SA

A great op-shop for the label-hunters out there. This is not the biggest store, but be assured that the quality of all the clothing is top notch, and expect to find many brand names amongst the racks. A refreshing change from your average Salvos which boasts 90% last season's Target range. My latest find- a as-new 'Jigsaw' blazer/jacket for $10.
