Located in the town centre of longford this small cafe offers good home quality cooked meals. They dont try to be anything fancy but offer you good quality meals, its not uncommon to see Lambs fry or steak and kidneys advertised on their specials board outside.They also do deliveries for pizza in the town of longford, whilst these arent as cheap as dominos or pizza hut they are still full of flavor

This is fantastic family friendly venue, the meals are affordable, well prepared and generous sizes. The woodfire pizza's are devine, packed with flavor. Staff are incredibly friendly, well presented and always willing to accomodate any dietary preferences

Located at the caravan park as you drive into Bicheno (Coles Bay end) The store is clean, has all the products you would expect to see in a quality fish and chip shop. Food is always cooked fresh and Staff are exceptionally friendly

Each time I walk into this store I feel overwhelmed with selection, but dont get me wrong that is not a negative. They have one of the widest ranges of confectionary I have ever encountered, staff are more than willing to help with selections. Like all lolly shops you do pay more than if you were to purchase a bag of lollies from the supermarket but for a rare treat and to tie you over on the car trip between launceston and Hobart

A fantastic little store in the Launceston CBD, they carry a different range of lollies than you would find else where, some of the more unusual or international lines. They are how ever on the more expensive side but if you have a craving for a USA or UK treat you may be able to find it here

Chocolate lovers Heaven, this chocolate is rich, indulgent and just melts in your mouth. The store is tiny, I personally would feel crowded stopping in for a drink, how ever the store is always clean and staff are welcoming. They offer a wide variety of chocolate delights, I often wonder why it took me so long to discover this store

This has been a family favourite for as long as I can remember, as a child my grandparents would take me in to buy boiled sweets that had been handmade here in Launceston, the store in the quadrant mall has a wide variety of sweets to select from. They are always high quality, it may not be the cheapest store but you wont be disappointed with flavour and quality

We have been staying with this venue for many years, firstly when I was a child and now with my own family. The quality has always remained a high standard, the rooms well maintained and clean and affordable. Whilst your not located in the CBD you still need your car but with the indoor pool and self contained rooms there is little need to go out of an evening and you are isolated from the drunken noises sometimes heard when staying in the city

This venue is rather expensive, a friend hired it for her wedding and the whole experience was beautiful. The rooms were stunning, spacious, clean and comfortable. The lodge was welcoming and had a large space to gather as a group. Tarraleah catered the wedding and had several locations for the ceremony to be held, the meals were exceptional and staff were always smiling and friendly.

The rooms are amazing and so centrally located, there is how ever only limited parking for guests but if you plan to park your car and walk everywhere else it doesn't really impact you. We were fortunate enough to stay here on a corporate rate via my employer at the time but the prices are on the higher end of the scale but you do pay for what you get. Its absolutely beautiful and I look forward to visiting again
