The inspector they sent, Leonelle, was very friendly and professional. We also appreciated the phone call beforehand to help us prepare, which saved us a repeat inspection. The new pool laws can be overwhelming at times, so it really means a lot that they made it so transparent and straightforward.

While these guys are mainly an online store (and were recommended to me when I was asking about oriental style wedding decorations), my experience was at their showroom in Capalaba.

Unfortunately it's only open Saturdays, but it's well worth a look if you're in the area. They were very helpful with decoration advice, and the woman on duty really went out of her way to help with colour coordination and decoration advice.
