Pretty happy with the service here, quite professionally run place. They explained what needed to be done beforehand which I appreciated.
We enjoyed a whole day here. I found it entertaining and very educational. There's so much to see and do it takes a while to go through it all so best to allow a full day visit. We really loved the interactive displays and the movies.
They always offer good service with quality meals here. Ideal for functions also. We were last there for a 40th birthday party and it was well catered for in a great party atmosphere.

The coffee is always of good quality just like all the Coffee Club outlets and the service fast. I ordered just before closing time & I was told I had to have is as a take away. Unfortunately as a consequence, I was charged an extra 70 cents but wasn't told about it. Other outlets don't have this extra charge so this was disappointing.
Lots of delicious meal selections here - you can order from the ready-made meals or made to order. Satay beef was quite nice. Staff were friendly and accomodating and they were happy to explain the dish ingredients to me. Reasonable prices also. They are open late as well which is handy for a cheap and quick meal if you're on the go.

Located in the Southgate food court, this place has a good selection of all your favourite Thai dishes including Tom Yum and various curries. You can order the pre-prepared meals or order fresh. I decided to order fresh Pad Thai. It was tasty but beware, it was 'extremely' spicy with chilli. Otherwise good and also friendly service.

We really enjoyed our time here. Yes, it was a really busy Friday night but the host at the counter was very polite & friendly and found us a table quickly. I would recommend the Peking Pancakes, they were excellent and authentic. Service was impressive and good value so we'll be back again. PS - they are also in the Entertainment book that offers a 25% discount!

We stayed here for 2 days over a weekend. The hotel building location, room and facilities were 5 star as expected. The decor was modern and inviting and the bed comfy. Great digital TV. Unfortunately the service was a letdown. Their breakfast times were shortened due to their own delays - really inconviniemt for those who like their Sunday morning sleep ins! Our newspaper wasn't delivered at all for both days (even though we specifically requested it twice). Also the queue at check out time was enormous and they didn't have enough staff to cater for everyone waiting to be served. When we finally got to the counter to check out, we weren't even asked how our stay was showing a 'lack of interest' attitude. Quite disappointing.
If it's quality you're after, look no further. Everything I've bought here has lasted both in quality and style. Their designs are timeless and versatile for workwear, everyday wear or evening wear. Mainly for the conservative dresser but they have a few quirky designs. The service is excellent, they always spend the time and listen to your conerns. It is pricey but then again so is most quality fashion that lasts.
The staff here are really helpful every time I've shopped. They have some great design tips if you're not sure and they can help you with your entire outfit. They aren't pushy unlike other clothing stores and their products are excellent quality (the kind that lasts). The store is always neatly presented and there's always something new to try.
