It's the Mum's secret but the secret is out! A great cafe tucked away in East Albury. Beautiful cafe with the option of indoor/outdoor dining, with fresh well priced food and great coffee with a special emphasis on keeping the kids entertained. Coloured pencils, paper, toys cater to the kids, but in a comfortable classy setting.
Possible the worst Myer store ever! Dirty, disorganised, dark and dated. It is not uncommon to stand at any of the cosmetic or perfume counters for at least 5 minutes before being given the once over by a member of staff. On a good day, they may decide to serve you, in an obnoxious, condescending manner – other days you may not be so lucky and may be completely ignored. Not a good look for a reputable chain.
A very well presented, clean restaurant, was only half way through the night we realised why we were almost the only customers, in a long strip of very busy restaurants. Our order was mixed up, so we were then talked into changing our original order to rectify the misunderstanding by include an additional two main meals. With high prices and tiny meals - and they then attempted to charge us $8.50 for a tiny bowl of the worst greek salad I have ever seen – which we didn't even order. Will not be back.
There are some shopping experiences where you just cannot believe that the level of customer service is so horrendous and a staff member is so incredibly rude and arrogant that you feel as if you are being punked! This was one of those experiences – and then when you ask to speak to the Manager and to be told this is the manager! A dirty, unorganised mismanaged store where the manager actually argued with us on twice during the conversation. Perhaps this manager is so used to speaking down to customers that this is just a normal day. A perfect example of how not to do customer service. Come on Cash Converters – please tell me he is not training other staff!
This is the place to stay in Melbourne! Situated on Bridge Road it is so close to all shopping, cafes and just a short cab to the city. Rooms are very clean and modern with extra large balconies. It is so difficult to find well priced, beautifully presented accommodation in Melbourne with both a spa and a balcony – this is it. The breakfast is a must, the perfect buffet, with excellent efficient customer service from all staff. Great rates, great rooms, excellent service and close to the city. A must to try! – Our favourite for a Melbourne getaway.
Beautifully presented Motel in the heart of Wangaratta. Very friendly staff, great pool area, beautiful restaurant, spacious well maintained clean rooms with modern facilities. Romance package with the 2 cocktail vouchers and cooked breakfast was fantastic value. A bonus to find a room with a decent size spa and a balcony. Even the note on the windscreen in the morning to say the windscreen had been cleaned! - Beautiful! Only slight disappointment with the cheese platter expensive and very basic and small. Overall a great stay - will be back for sure.
My experience was the complete opposite to the previous review. Needing assistance I spent 20 minutes looking for a staff member on the floor, after giving up I then stood in line to wait to be served to ask for help! I was then pointed in the general vague area, while the staff continued their own conversation. Great store - but shocking service.
Don't even bother! Freezing cold store with bad lighting. Over priced and no attempt at customer service. Will not be back
Amazing! Delicious food, amazing entrees, mains and wood fired pizza. Fantastic genuinely friendly and attentive staff. A must for a romantic dinner – or a feast with friends.
The good old fashioned video store! Excellent customer service! Knowledgeable extra friendly staff. Great deals and great value. A pleasure to shop here. Even have the popcorn for sale!
