A new friend brought me there for dinner yesterday as he said that the restaurant is owned by malaysian and their food is quite nice. He said that the curry laksa is very nice and indeed it is rich is flavour and have the malaysian taste. Besides that, we ordered peking duck as well. the duck is not as tasty as the laksa as the skin is not crispy as it should be. There's room for improvement for the peking duck. In terms of service, they are quite friendly because my friend is a regular customer. Overall, it is quite nice experience.

I went to this place last year for my birthday with my girlfriend. the environment was nice upstairs, but downstairs its somethings is a pub. the food over there is nice as it is a high end restaurant but what i really love is the pork bun. I am pretty sure, everybody who went there and ate the pork bun will fall in love with it. The staffs was very friendly, always asked us everything is alright or not, quite attentive. In addition, they wished me happy birthday as well =). In terms of price, not everybody can afford it. However, if u can afford it, it's a nice place to have a meal over there, especially during special events like anniversary, birthday etc

Chinese pancake with some with the asian flavour! Awesome! The peking duck is always my favourite. The smokiness of duck, crispness of the wonton skin and the freshness of the salad is soo delicious! one thing i dont like is the wrapping will always stuck on the pancake skin. In addition, when it's is cold, it does not taste well compared to when served hot. I would recommend people who loves asian food and want to try something new. BUT, eat it when it is hot ;)

I went there with a bunch of friends to their new BBQ buffet. $29 per pax with free flow of soft drinks. This is one of the best japanese buffet that i have in town. the food is ordinary but what i love about this restaurant is their staffs. Even though the restaurant is super busy yet they still serve the customer quite well. However, some order did not turn up because they are too busy. In terms of food, as I mentioned previously, nothing special except for their homemade green tea ice cream. we order about 30 serves! It is very delicious!
In addition, if you are going with a large group of people, please make a booking because it is quite packed. One thing i dont like is the smokiness of the area. This is due to the poor ventilation. But they said that they are going to repair it soon.

I went there with a scoopon voucher. 29$ for 2 with mains, dessert and alcohol. Although, there is limited selection to me it's quite worth it. I ordered the steak while my partner ordered grilled flathead. I have to say that both dishes are quite nice, but the serving is a bit small. in terms of the environment, it looks a bit crappy because the dining/function room looks abit run down. however, the pub section looks quite nice. I will go there for a drink next time =). in conclusion, i dont mind going there again with a scoopon voucher

Juicy oyster with crispy bacon on top... yummmay! the staffs over there is quite nice, but when there a lot of customers, their service can be quite slow.

Went there last weekend during lunch. It's nice that they have lunch special because their normal menu is too expensive for me ^^. I ordered their bento box and my partner ordered the morton bay bugs served with miso salad and fried rice. The bento's serving's is quite large and 4 pieces of sushi is included as well. too me it is quite value for money. As for the morton bay bugs, it tasted delicious because it is juicy and full of the grilled flavour. furthermore, they have sushi as well, which run on a cute sushi train instead of the normal conveyer belt. Something different! however, their service is a bit slow. It took them about 20 min to serve the dish although it is not busy during that time.

I went to this cafe before I went back to adelaide. What I love about this cafe is that their nice environment to have a chit chat with your friends with family. My friend told me that this place is packed of people during weekends. I went there during weekdays, so it is still okay. The coffee there tasted rich and flavorsome however, the presentation is not that nice. In terms of the cakes, taste wise is okay, but it is abit expensive. I will go there again to hang out with my friends whenever I visit perth, it's a nice place =) Worth going!

I went there with my family last weekend for breakfast. I reached there at around 9am and the cafe were packed with patrons! We had to wait for around 15 minutes for a table because booking is not allowed. So we ordered the berry pancakes, chorizo with pork belly and the chicken pie. I kinda enjoy the pie because the flavour are well balanced and the pastry is nice. As for the pork belly, i dont really like it as it is abit dry. The sweet dish (berry pancake) is nice and i would recommend this to people who has a sweet tooth. In terms of coffee, nothing special but the juice are awesome! i love the apple lime and ginger juice. Refreshing!

We ordered three dishes, pesto chorizo pasta, snapper fish and stuffed chicken breast. The pasta is delicious but not the other two. Furthermore, their serving is very slow. I went there during non peak hours, yet it took them around 30min to serve those dishes. What I like about the tavern is their staffs are friendly and its a nice place to have a drink with mates after hiking
