If you are looking for a speciality cake then you should take a look. They have great cakes at a reasonable price (in comparison to other speciality cakes for a wedding). They deliver to the venue and were eager to meet our needs even to the extent that each tier if a different type of cake at no extra cost. They even offered to make a cake that I would like if I could desribe what I wanted.

Walking past the shop a dress caught my eye, I went and the sales assistant was extremely helpful. The dress was big in the lower half of my body and tight across the chest. Seeing the style that I liked she found alternatives for me to try on and even phoned other stores to broaden my options.

This was hard to rate as one of the managers goes beyond the call of duty. He is helpful, informative, friendly and happy to give you a fair price. If the rating was based on this alone it would be much higher. The other staff are friendly enough they just don't have the same knowledge especially when it come to the best deals with mobile phones

The arrangements are very nice and the service is friendly enough. I have rated them as ok though for two reasons: Firstly when I choose my three lots of flowers, two were presents so I asked for a little greenery. The sales assistant asked if they were for a present, I answered yes. I thought that it was nice of them to wrap and place a bow on the flowers until it came to paying and they doubled in price. I think you should be told of the extra charge for greenery and wrapping. I would happily pay extra but not a mark up of 100%. Secondly, I also got myself flowers that day and they only lived a few days when normally I would get close to a couple of weeks for lillies.

For the area, this had the best indian take away available. The store is run by a family who are kept very busy. The food is always good and reasonable priced. Highly recommend the chicken vindaloo

Tasman meats in Werribee have tender good quality meat. I have gone in and requested special cuts which they have no problems doing. Butchers are always happy to give advice on cooking and best types of meat to use. Great value and always lots on sale to make it affordable to all

Due to the fantastic service from this place, I have referred family and friends. OUr car was badly damaged in an accident, we chose Correct Accident Repairs as we had them do some great quality work on a previous car. They were empathetic to our position, thorough and the follow up has been consistent to ensure we are still happy with the work undertaken.

The first time I went into the shop I wanted my hair cut and straightened. I have very curly hair. Anna got my hair straighter than anyone else. Since then I have been a regular customer for hair and nails for over twelve months. I have found the owners and staff to be reliable, friendly but most of all honest. They tell me if something I want won't suit or won't turn out like I hoped and offer other alternatives. THey listen to what I want rather than nodding and then cutting a style they think will look good.

I went in this shop looking for replacement galssware that had been broken. They didn't stock what I was looking for however I found other pieces of a dinner set and some crockery that I had been looking for which were well priced. The lay by terms were great. I went back later for an engagement present and they wrapped it for me and were so friendly.

I have now been going to Airs and Graces for three years. The facials and massages are sensational, the waxing is spot on. Grace is personable, friendly and very professional as are the other staff. You quickly build a rapport with the ladies and they treat you very well.
