Good numbers of Doctors on duty, flexible hours including weekends and Sunday which is good since husband who works full time got a chance to go. Clean and tidy clinic.
However most of my experience are long waiting time, even I've booked an appt in advance I still need to wait up to 30 mins to see a doctor.
No bulk bill there exp for concession.

Very kids friendly, great idea of computer game session to occupy the kids; kids craft area is good during school holiday. Kids are bored during holiday; kiddy trolley is also great, my boys love them and keep them occupied while we shop.

Great idea of kids play area free for one hour. Really relaxed shopping without kids. Food is nice and cheap.

We once booked a table of 13 for lunch there. And only realized we've been allocated outdoor when we got there. That was a hot summer afternoon 35oC. And we were not told that it will be outdoor. Then we asked to stay inside since there were unoccupied tables and enough seats when we arrived, and that indoor ones were not particularly requested by other parties. But our request been rejected because "the tables has been set". Ok, so we sat down and see that nearly half of the seat were not set up, no folk/knife/plate in some seats. That was hot, our kids played up. And lots of mosi, I've even got a mosi flied into my plate of pasta! I went in to ask for a spoon to take it out. And nobody offered me another dish which I think is reasonable.
Even food is nice, but not able to enjoy it though.

Been camping there twice. Nice place, clean public toilet and shower even the most busy time, Easter.
However staff are not flexable. We once requested 2 adjunctive sites to stay with other families. I did request it on the phone while I made the booking and payment. However when we got there, they allocated us separately. So we ask them why and they said someone was allocated there already. Even that party didn't arrived yet and not requested to stay at that particular spot! So we argued and begged them, finally they put us together! So why not do it at the first place?

Products nice and fresh. Even those big discount ones.
Excellent customer service, been over charged twice. However they gave me back full refund rather than just the difference in price. That means I've got those things for free because of the over charge. Fair business.

I mainly go swimming there, but not enough heating in winter. Water temp is ok, but once you came out from water, I can feel the cold air blowing on me. Not a good place for kids in winter.
Not consistence in price and offer from different staff.
I've been charged differently from different staff until I get a broucher for pricing.
I enquiried for swimming lesson for kids, the staff told me that I'll not be allowed to bring my kids early for a little play in the water before the lesson, unless I pay extra for swimming on top of the lesson. So I gave up. But my friend enroll her kids in and she even asked the staff before lesson if she is allowed to bring kids early for play and surprise to find out that it is in fact allowed. How confusing.
Felt not trustworthy at all. Who knows which day is allowed and which day is not depends on the staff.

Got the wrong vegi as to what I've requested of no olive and chill for my kids, he gave me everthing even he did ask for my choice and I made the request. Not listening at all.
I requested the roll to be cut up into 4 for my kids to share and turned out being cut into 3 piece!

it is an online book shop with good value but needed to purchase with care.

Website are not up-to-date, 30% of chance are books are out of stock and still in a "a/v for order" status. Even after they found out it is out of stock, they didn't update the website either.
Once you order, they requested the books from everywhere and it could take up to > a month to gather the books then posted out from HK to you.
Once it took them nearly 3 mths to find out some of my orders are in fact out of stock but it has passed the paypal refund period! So I've to end up search for other books which is not my favourite rather than loss my money. And not to mention some of them are out of stock again, and the whole things continue.

They were only good before you signed the contract.
We were approached by a salesperson Sept 2010 and finally signed a contract with them for an investment property. Then everything gone down hill.
1. they made the wrong calculation on the initial contract re the extra we've to pay for the optionals. But they didn't let us know straight forward. Instead they changed the amount in the final contract without telling us and asked us to sign it. Luckily we checked it out rather than signing everything they posted us. We told them and that was a whole good month until the salesperson came to our house to "explain" the error, firstly he bramed the computer initiated document. But then we asked for compensation for their mistake. And he finally admitted that it was in fact his mistake and he asked for our forgiveness otherwise he would have to pay for that extra. And so we did.
2. there could be no contact from Homebuyer at all for a month even they promised to keep us up-date at least every week on a Friday.
3. if anything went wrong, it takes ages to fix
4. we are still waiting for council approval, and it is now nearly April. Half a year after we sign the contract regardless of the promise of having the house built within 1/2 year for rent return.
