My pet was there for 24 days in Heathcote. After days i was informed he had kennel cough and diarrhea . He was put on antibiotics and isolation. I was told he must have picked up the cough from some other dog and also that he was responding well to medications.When i picked him up he still had runny nose, a hollow sort of cough and bark and red watery eyes. He had also lost little weight.A visit to his vet and two doses of his medicine changed everything and he was back to most of his usual in two days but the full recovery as the vet said would take a couple of weeks .The day i picked him up the staff at the reception seemed to be strangely silent which almost scared me.Hanrob rate themselves very high but i find them to be pretty average
