Looked like quite a big nice park but when we were there 2 of the 3 amenities blocks were closed for renovation. They had everyone cramped into a small space around the amenities block that was open. The office staff were nice on arrival but I would have appreciated being told about the majority of the park being closed off, when I rang a week earlier to inquire about a site.
Gabby holds monthly card making workshops, holds in home demonstrations and sells craft supplies. Highly recommend her workshops. Relaxed environment and she is very patient and welcoming.
Tiny cafe in the main street. Roughly opp IGA. Stopped for a quick coffee while passing through. Their coffee is brewed locally in Castlemaine and is really nice! Service was great too.
Boxing for fitness classes. Suitable for a range of fitness levels as you can go at your own pace. Both morning and afternoon/night sessions. The instructor (Ben) had a really positive upbeat vibe and was really helpful. They have a few different packages where you can get a session or two for free, or you can pay $10 per class as you go.
Small dining room or takeaway. Approx $80 for 3 curries, 2 rices, 4 Naan and 4 samosas. Would have liked a bit more chicken in the curries and less sauce. Waiting time could also be improved. Not amazing but probably one of the better Indian places in Bendigo.
Located on the rail trail at Eurobin, approx 13kms out of Bright toward Myrtleford. Perfect place to stop if riding the trail. They have a little cafe serving a range of berry related products and really nice coffee. They use organic principles on the farm and everything tastes really good. Highly recommend the loganberry pie! Nice outdoor seating area and the staff are really friendly.
Definately worth a visit if in the area. Butter has never tasted so good! They have a range of different flavoured butters for you to taste which are all amazing! They have a cafe onsite and you can also do a factory tour.
A must visit when in the area. Their cheese is fantastic. Big range of cheeses that are available to taste before purchasing. They also have a bakery onsite which has really nice corn bread.
Been here a couple of times for lunch. Nice location overlooking the park. Very open and lots of light. The menu didn't have a big selection but adequate for lunch. The food was tasty but not overly exciting.
Love the location down a cute laneway. The restaurant has communal tables and is fairly small. Been here a couple of times for lunch and the food was nice but a little pricey.
