A solid place for Malaysian food. Kinda overpriced, but about average for this sort of cuisine here.

Canai is good, nice and fluffy. Telur bawang gives you the flat version, not my favourite. Servings for curry are kinda small and not very impressive, overall. Kangkung belachan is good, mee goreng a bit spicy, also not bad.

In terms of desserts, love the roti tisu (get it with condensed milk instead of ice cream if you have a sweet tooth -- not only does it taste great, it doesn't make your roti soggy as quickly :)). Roti bom is a bit like a danish..not all that great but very sweet. Chendol was disappointing, hope the only time we tried it was an off day/they changed the recipe.

Hot chocolate didn't really seem all that chocolatey. Quite an average experience, and a bit pricey. The ambience is nice, though, but I probably wouldn't return.

A bit cramped, but can be counted on for some decent, value-for-money Chinese food. They do have a large variety of dishes, but nothing really stood out for me.

Came here since Mamak was closed. :( Pretty decent. Wide variety of dishes. Crispy chicken ($6.80) was pretty nice, though small serving as expected with the price. Shark meat soup (Small at $4.80) was amusing and reminscent of shark fin soup, though not so sure about the vinegar kick. Honey chicken was a bit strange (think it was mince..:( ) and the fried flatfish was crispy but could have used a bit more seasoning. Fried ice cream was as normal, came with a fried banana that was not inspiring. (Could have used some extra sauce.) Pumpkin 'pie' was super oily and didn't taste much like pumpkin, still nice though. Overall a good meal.

Just a bit of a queue when we went for lunch, wasn't all that clear/directed. They probably didn't have enough workers to dedicate one person around the entrance. Overall food was as expected, nothing quite stood out though. Roti bom was kinda disappointing, canai was good, I've had better wat tan hor, bryani/nasi lemak had nice chicken.

Like I said, they seemed a bit busy. Maybe service will get more personalised as they get quieter. No water offered, is okay, self service. They omitted an item that we wrote down, but it was a drink so we just went without that one.

Didn't have a very large range of the accessories I wanted in store. Salesperson wasn't very helpful/enthusiastic/volunteering more information than was immediately asked. Overall not all that great, would prefer to shop online instead.

Had some keys cut here for $2.50 each, pretty good. Items are organised well in aisles and have good variety. Managed to find what I wanted relatively easily, though some things were a little expensive, as usual. Got two nice night lights and some solar lights, though.

Service was prompt, portions were generous, prices were good. Overall a good feed! Congee needed a bit of salt, kang kong was too salty. Egg noodles was not bad.

Have a lot of stuff and planned for a three-person move with 10-tonne truck. These guys rocked up on the day with two people and what I suspect is a smaller truck. (Was an Intercooler Canter that had GVM 7500 on the side...7.5 tonnes?) I was told the third person would be running 1.5h or so late. Had to go ahead with two for the time being, which we decided to stick with when we realised the items would take two rounds to transport.

Andy was a trooper -- older, seemed stronger and more experienced. Other guy was rather pushy and whinged about a bedside with filled drawers -- letters, and small things like glasses. Seriously, I could carry that. -_- And yes, some boxes were heavy, but that's what movers are meant to do..move.. He also tried much too forcefully to wrangle tips from dad.

Overall the job got done in 11 hours (lunch time, travel, and half hour callout fee included in the final payment) and two trips. Could have been a lot faster. (One person could have transported items from apartment to ground, other from ground to truck. Could have filled lift with more items than a single trolley load a turn.) Would have been nice if they could have done it without us having to help too. But it was cheap so..:/ ($65 per hour, would have been $90 for three men)
