I love the range of dishes at Siam Thai - the service is quick, tasty and reasonably priced. My favourite dish is the Duck Delight, also try the Pad See Yew! We normally get take away but the restaurant itself looks lovely and is always packed.

Our friends recently celebrated their wedding at the Panorama House and it was stunning. The location is gorgeous, the views are spectacular and the food is fabulous. The venue was perfect for the wedding and all the guests enjoyed themselves thoroughly.

This place is very popular, but the service often lets it down. The staff know that people will continue to come along for cheap drinks and special meal offers and often just ignore requests and favour friends & locals instead of new customers. We had to queue for 1.5 hours even though we had a reservation, in the end the food didn't make up for the disappointing experience in service!

You should try this place on a Friday Night - South American Night! The place goes off and there is a BBQ, $15 for a plate piled with meat. There are also lots of delicious sweets, cheap drinks and a whole lot of dancing to Salsa and Latino tunes. This is a hidden little gem and great to catch up with friends and start your weekend!

I really love the range of exhibitions at the Powerhouse Museum, as they always put on something to entertain both kids and adults. It's a very interactive place and I recommend it for a day out with the kids.

This place is unreal, the food is superb and the servings couldn't be bigger! We ordered 3 main meals between 4 people and still couldn't finish everything. I think the tasting plate is a good idea to try a few different starters. This place is very popular for functions as well, so if you are after a quiet and romantic night, maybe just double check with the staff first!

Although the decor is very French and the staff are friendly, the food was not quite what we expected. The snails came out of the shell, which was a bit disappointing and the duck was a bit dry. Perhaps we just had a bad experience, but I would be willing to give it another try!

The cupcakes are simply delicious! They are small and full of flavour, there is a lot of choice in the store so either do your research first or be prepared to be overwhelmed! I normally get a selection and just grab a little menu so others can chose. Enjoy!

The staff here are so friendly and Lawrence Dry Cleaners offer great deals for their services. You can have any 3 items cleaned for $29.95, which makes it very affordable. They can do same day services, but because they are normally very busy, I recommend next day!

Nad's Laser Clinic offers incredibly low prices on laser hair removal and the results do last, however you have to make sure it's right for you. It's a good idea to have a consultation and understand the concept. I have been going for Brazilians for a while and think they are great - makes so much more sense than waxing these days!
