I went here for the first time the other night because my boyfriend had spoken so highly of this business. We ordered a number of different small items and were a bit surprised at the $21 price. The cooking time was incredibly quick which should have worried me but we went home and opened up our fish and chips. The chips were all severely undercooked and tasted like undercooked oven chips- YUCK! The dim sim was disgusting and the potato cakes were absolutely tiny! They didn't even give us any extra to compensate for their lack of size. I certainly won't be going to this fish and chips shop again. both the price and the food was APPALLING.

If I could I would give service 0 stars- the fifteen year old goth looking girl that served us was incredibly rude and wrote up our order wrong so we were charged an extra ten dollars. The manager did nothing to rectify this and wouldn't even come over to discuss it with us. When we looked at the pizzas they were pathetic- barely any toppings and one of them was cut in small squares! I will never go back, all they care about is over charging people and offering low quality pizzas

I used to love going to Don Chichios because the pizzas were always fantastic value for money, but lately I've been really disappointed with the pizzas and the pasta. I ordered carbonara once and it arrived full of mushrooms- that was not on the menu. I called and asked for one without mushrooms and it took over an hour to receive it. The pizzas used to be full of toppings but even when I ask for extra olives there seem to be very few, and they always seem to be only on a few of the slices. I haven't returned since the continued poor service and would only return if there was absolutely nothing else open to eat

So easy and relaxing not having to go into a shop to get food, but this food is so yummy and a lot healthier than other drive thru's. I'd wanted to go to this bakery for so long and when I finally did I was like a kid in a candy store, so content. Highly recommend

Maccas is Maccas and we all love it but this McDonalds differs because it actually has a security guard. The staff are quite nice albeit a little bit slow but there are a lot of young teenage "thugs" who hang out there, asking people for money and trying to punch on with everyone. I probably wouldn't take my kids there if I had any

I went to The Olive Grove to spend some quality time with my grandma and found that the staff were quite unpleasant, there were absolutely no smiles from any of them and the manager was especially rude. We ordered some bread with some oil and balsamic for a whopping $8 and were shocked when we got three measly pieces of bread. I definitely would not recommend going to The Olive Grove

Although the shop is quite small, it is very quaint and welcoming. The food looked to all taste great but the beef stroganoff that I ordered was incredibly delicious. The staff were really friendly and the prices were quite reasonable for good quality, home cooked type meals

The salon is completely understated but has such a wonderful atmosphere. The hairdressers were all unique and stylish in their own ways which scared me a little bit but after receiving an amazing layered hair cut (and foils) from one of the owners I understood why the place was so busy!

I moved to Ballarat and mum recommended I get my hair cut from Michelle at Vanilah. It sounded like a nice place and was amazing inside, but I was reluctant to get my hair cut as so often hair dressers get it wrong. I was treated like a princess and told I should be a hair model and walked out feeling (and looking) like a million dollars. Hands down the best hairdressers in Ballarat

I heard the ad for Muzz Buzz on the radio and thought it sounded like a friendly place so decided to "drive thru" one day and check out what they had to offer. They were incredibly friendly and it was so easy just to drive through and grab my food, it was wholesome and delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly
