The bakery is really good but the produce isn't always that fresh. They have started to mainly stock the Woolworths Select brand sacrificing some other brands. I've noticed this especially for biscuits. I would like the option of choosing which brand I would like rather than having Select forced upon me because I just won't go back if this continues to happen. The staff I have found to be polite and helpful and but the do need a few more registers open during the busy times.

Takes a while to get served due to the large number of people but the food is always hot and they rarely stuff up the order by leaving something out. I go there regularly. The staff are polite and they listen when they're taking your order.

Come here all the time for morning tea. My favourite is the iced chocolate, it is huge and piled high with whipped cream and wafers. It's fantastic. If I'm going to Westfields with friends we always end up here. The staff are friendly and the prices are good too.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Everything, including the produce and cold meats are fresh. Never had a bad experience in here. We use this store multiple times a week. It is not just for convenience that we use this store but for the fresh food you know you are guaranteed.

My dog needed surgery to remove lumps they said were suspicious. They treated my dog good but they kept saying she had trouble coming out the anaesthetic with her breathing because she was too fat even though her weight is within the normal range for her breed. We tried to explain that she has panic attacks and her breathing trouble was because of this but they kept arguing otherwise. Every time we've been before that they'd said her weight was fine. She'd actually lost weight since her last visit. So overall, argumentative and unpleasant in nature but good approach towards our dog. Don't know really how to take them anymore.

Fresh and very helpful. I had never been before and they showed me everything and explained all the different kinds of cheesecakes. Definitely going back when I have the money.

Great price and lovely people but my cut wasn't all that wonderful. I had to trim a part of it myself because they'd left it out. Such a shame coz they were really nice and it only cost me $30. Maybe I was just unlucky but I sadly won't be going back.

I bought a jewellery stand from them for Christmas last year. It was tightly packaged and in great condition. I got it for a great price, $40 cheaper than what others were offering it for. Would definitely use again.
