I had a massage and facial and both were wonderful, the therapist had great technique and 'touch'. The only reason I've rated it three stars overall is that the walls or partitions don't go all the way up to the ceiling so it can get quite noisy. During my treatment they were doing spray tans in the next room and the noise from the machine and the talking was quite distracting.

I redeemed a voucher for a facial and massage, and had a wonderful experience. The massage was very relaxing and they used quality products for the facial. The staff member was great, and unlike some places I've redeemed vouchers with, she didn't try and push other products and services down my throat. All up a lovely experience.

Great day spa with lovely staff and quality treatments. I've had massages, manicures, pedicures, facials and waxing, and have never been disappointed. They also offer great specials for regular clients.

Body Freedom is an amazing haven of calm and relaxation. It's all the little touches that set it apart from other day spas - eg the heated bed, fluffy doona, warm wheat bag. The staff are all friendly, warm and professional, and unlike other places you can be guaranteed of a great treatment no matter which staff member you get. I've taken a few friends and family there, and they've all become hooked!

Can't recommend Body Freedom highly enough.

I redeemed a voucher at Papillon and the experience was mixed. The staff and owner were lovely, but the beauty part of my visit was a huge disappointment. The massage was one of the worst I've ever had, the facial was so-so, and the mini pedicure was just a file and polish - not even a base coat and top coat, and the colour application was terrible.

However, the hair services were fabulous - love the cut and colour, and the hairdresser was just lovely.

I would pay full price to get my hair done there, but definitely not for the beauty services.
