I bought a deal with scoopon and found the entire experience very disappointing. The deal included a cut and blowave and a massage and facial. The hair was done first and the hairdresser was lovely and very good but by the time i had the massage and facial AFTER the hair my hair was oily and messed up and i walked out looking like i needed my hair washed. I
The short cuts that were taken in the facial and massage were a huge letdown and took only one hour for both after spending two hours on the hair. When i cleansed my face that night make-up came off proving the facial didn't even clean my skin properly. furthermore the towels on the bed were not clean and smelt like onions and had make-up and oil on them which was very unhygenic and i will never return as they cut corners too much even in washing the linen after other people. Found that disgusting. I also did not like that they did not provide what they advertised their package as as it indicated it would be a professional facial. They also said it came with a $50 voucher forf the next visit but that came with a condition of having to spend $150 more on the next visit to get the $50. They totally missed the point of introducing their salon with this special because there was not anything that would inspire you to go back. Even the location was difficult to get to and this business would probable service better those that lived in docklands. However with the price of the apartments in that area i would expect the locals to want a classy experience and not the cheap tacky manner in which this salon performs..and it is a salon NOT a day spa as the name states!

I have been attending this school for hair straightening treatments as the salons charge so much i figure it is cheaper to let the students practice on my hair because they are all under teacher supervision the results are the same. This was always a great option up until last time when the school decided to cut corners and not have the company rep come in to take the class. Instead Nathan one of the teachers took the class and they used an asian cheap brand of a copy of a good brand they bought for a quarter of the price. The product he used damaged my hair so much i needed to cut six inches off the length which really upset me. Furthermore when i went back to show how damged it was they charged me every step of the way from the treatment they did, the cut and the blowdry. i feel they should have fixed it for free or at least at a discount seeing it was their product that cused the damage. I will not go back, they seem to have no money to spend on the school, the place looks more and more delapitated everytime i visit and they have less and less stock available.

Its great to try a differnent style of massage and this place is located at the back of Dromana more country surrounds than beach and the style of massage they perform is bowen therapy. Iv only seen one girl working here so i am not sure if they have others but this method is very good for making you feel like you are taller when you walk ut as you are so flexible from the tightness lifted in your back and my arms even felt longer when i reached to open the car door. Its a specialised type of massage and not available everywhere and i would definately reccommend to try it if results are being ound with traditional massage. I go here everytime im down that way at our beach house.

These guys are experts in not just beauty therapy but advanced therapy. They use all the latest techniques including a laser machine. they specialize in making you look younger, and have advanced techniques to choose from before opting for cosmetic surgery (which they have a lot of knowledge from their customers who have chosen that rd). They have refined my skin in 6 teatments so that the acne scarring i had is barely noticeable now and they have plumped it up with moisture in the advanced procedures they use. Not cheap but very professional and lots of experience with the manager weing in the industry a very longtime.

I was in NSW for a wedding and broke a nail, had a day to fill in and wanted my nails to look nice, so went in search for somewhere in a shopping centre to get my hair done and they told me of this place to get my nail fixed. i was not happy that the equipemnt did not seem clean and the nail they fixed broke within an hour of leaving the salon. They were very busy and when i went back they offered to fix the nail again the following week for free but i was only in town for 2days and needed nails to look nice for the wedding. they could not fit me in and i was not happy but the rest of my nails did look nice and lasted an extra longtime well after i ws back hm i feel she should have given me a free gift or part refund for not fixing the nail adequately that i went there for.

Bit far to travel in traffic out to keysborough but hard to find a salon with all natural products and this salon has it, even what they clean up with is natural. the products felt great on my skin and were very calming and hydrating. i felt so relaxed was disappointing to get into car and fight the traffic again along springvale rd. would choose natural products anyday and loved that i got free samples to take home it made the facial feel extended and prompts me to buy one of them at least the next time i visit.

very thorough practioners who insist on xrays before proceeding when they are unsure. excellent chiro manipulations, fast and relaxing at the same time. Love that they served herbal tea while we waited. Shame the massage therapist has left that did reflexology, that was very beneficial. the place has a good feel about it.

I attend this clinic but not at the above address but in Box Hill or sometimes Malvern. The therapists are fantastic and specialise in only massage. There has been a few staff changes which i havent liked but each therapist has their own style and alter the experience in both positive and negative ways. The prices have recently gone up a bit but are the same as everywhere i guess. only draw back they dont do lomi lomi massage just remedial and sports.

They do great spray tans and the girls are all gorgeous and lovely, liked Sally the best shame shes not there, shes off doing a beautician course and will be great if she comes back and does beauty services as they offer waxing etc but forget having a solarium. I dont know why they wont update their globes in solarium beds, iv being going to this salon for 3 years and never in that time have they put new globes. the beds didnt give me color so i now go for the spray tan but primarily this is a sunbed salon so they should be maintaining the beds to provide color, i actually feel robbed when i buy a solarium here and get no color. Everything else is great but not the solariums.

A makeover with my hair and makeup made me look very glamorous and i was given a glass of champagne which relaxed me, then the photo shoot in several different outfits and poses. It was all fun and the girls made me feel comfortable and like a model. The photos made me look amazing and i wish i could have bought them all but very expensive for the photos yet the hair makeup and photo shoot was very reasonable for threee hours i was waited on from head to toe.
