We stayed there for two nights and had a great time. The brewery tour and tasting was really interesting and the staff were wonderful. The Rooms were quite nice and there is a pub / dining room and gaming facilities on site. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Meet some friends at the Blue Gum for lunch yesterday - it is so popular. Pretty good food and friendly warm atmosphere. Prices were average and the food was really quite good. I would recommend this place and more than likely go there again.

We went to the Brasserie at Mounties last Saturday for lunch before the football match. I was impressed by the service and the atmosphere - however I think the food was a bit of a let down and quite expensive. The sports bar was great however, with excellent facilities and plenty of seating. I wouldn't go out of my way to go there for lunch.

My friends and I went to a football match at Belmore Oval a few weeks ago and we always go out for lunch. We decided to go to Club Belmore and it was an absolute disgrace. I called beforehand and was told the restaurant was Korean but also did Western Food. Of the five of us - three meals were returned and a refund or replacement was not offered. The Duty Manager of the Club had to approach the restaurant to obtain a refund for my friends. The Korean food was OK - but extremely average. As for the Western meals - these people should not be cooking for the public. The chicken schnitzels were served with gravy which I could only compare to a grainy paste of mud. Yuck - I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. The Club facilities were fine but they really need to address the catering situation. I was really looking forward to the lunch and we were bitterly disappointed.

The girls are so friendly and helpful at the Anatolian. All the food tastes great and it is probably the best place in West Ryde to have a bite to eat. It is the most popular lunchtime stop for all of my colleagues

I have been going to the Ermington Cake Shop for many years. They make the best Vanilla Slices in Sydney. Their sponge cakes are also to die for. Very friendly and accommodating and everything looks so yummy.

Fantastic food - old style pub on the outside - very nice inside. Close to the footy at North Sydney Oval. Reasonably priced. We love going there for a meal when our team plays at North Sydney.

We have started going to The Vic for lunch before we go to the football lately. The pub has a great atmosphere and the food is so good and reasonably priced. All the Newtown Jet supporters are now going there. They have a really nice deck at the back with a basketball area for the kids. Love it!!

We had lunch at the Orange Grove before the football two Sunday's in a row and I must say that it was a great experience. The food was fantastic, staff were friendly and it was so cheap. It was also easy to find and park there.

If you want to take a step back in time go to the Henson Park Hotel for a drink. It is like a pub from the 60's and everyone is very laid back there. The only drawback is that they don't serve food.
