We needed to relocate all of our furniture from one house to another. Both two storey houses and requiring upstairs lifting. I rang Geoff on the Thursday and they were able to come on the Saturday Morning.

He asked about stairs and I told him that we would move everything except a treadmill downstairs into the garage to simplify the job.

On the friday night my wife and I started to move as much furniture downstairs as we could and I realized that there was a lot more than just the treadmill that we couldnt lift. I expected to get a serve from the removalists over not having everything downstairs (I had been dealing with some really nasty tradespeople that week) and was not looking forward to Geoffs reaction to my understated job.

Instead he was very happy to help (made no deal out of it at all) and him and his helper just got in and started immediately. They new what needed to go into the truck first and even at one stage saw my wife and I struggling with our mattress (damn that thing was awkward to move) and told us to put it down and let them do it.

I was blown away with the service and they managed to move the entire contents of our house in 2 1/2 hours. They even put most of our furniture upstairs at our new house without being asked. (I told them they could leave it in the garage and we would figure it out ourselves later)

Overall really friendly and really hard working. Thanks guys.

I love this store. My wife shops elsewhere and I am constantly on her back to support a small guy. I do most of our shopping and recommend this place to everyone in the area. My only concern (and one I had from day one when the produce was of amazing quality) is that slowly over time the quality of produce has slipped. Our local Woolworths and Coles have SHOCKING quality produce (I came from the Sunshine Coast where even on a bad day the quality was much better than here on a good day) and I was honestly surprised at how bad the fresh foods were in Caboolture/Morayfield. When Drakes opened up I was blown away and finally happy with my groceries but over the past year the quality is starting to mimic the competitors. If you are reading this review Drakes PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get your produce quality back up to scratch, as some of us in the area do want and expect quality fresh foods and dont mind paying slightly more for it are not happy with second best.

I just bought a Blanco Pyrolitic oven and Blanco Induction Cooktop from these guys. I had been shopping around and researching with my mother, and was about to buy from a competitor (who had a good price on the same set) when mum told me about a problem she had with her washing machine, and how (even though it was very new) the issue wasnt covered by warranty. I asked where she bought it from and she told me Harvey Norman in Warana, so I decided to go there and give them a serve. When I got there I had the salesman show me the cooktops and ovens (to build re pour) and then hit them with the bombshell of mums failed washing machine. The salesman turned out to be the franchisee who immediately told mum to repick a new machine, he would organise delivery and pick up of the old one and he would fight with Ariston for the refund. This sort of service was incredible and needless to say I used it as my decision to buy my appliances from them.

I had a need for a PABX phone system immediately, and required the option for having two of my sites linked for calls. CommSys were able to deliver this service in the time needed to ship 4 phones from Sydney to Brisbane.

They also contacted me about providing an internet connection and there business connections are extremely well priced and have been rock solid.

I am currently looking at getting a full IT Audit (for FREE!) to find out if there is any other ways that they can help me I recommend these guys 100%
