Stay away! Booked a flight and was confirmed through Zuji and rang the airline and was confirmed through them however they had not transferred the money to the airline. I checked again a week later and they still had not done it. One day before the flight they sent me an email saying they want extra $150 because the ticket fee had changed and then cancelled my flight because I refused to pay it. I had to book another flight on the same day as i had to leave which cost alot more money! Then took them an extra week to refund my money. (Two weeks without my money and no flight) Save yourself the time and money and stay away from Zuji!

I have booked many flights (insterstate and international)through their website. Best prices and no booking fees. Zuji is my one and only site used for booking my flights.

This site is great, on a recent trip to Noosa I had already booked some accommodation through the hotel directly but was trying to find a better deal. I searched all the other hotel sites I knew of and then stumbled across Zuji, I was delighted to find they had the hotel I wanted at a much cheaper rate. Basically by booking with Zuji I got one night free which was fantastic as we could use that extra money for our holiday. Would recommend Zuji for anyone looking for a good deal.

Have just booked and paid for european air tickets on this site. The price is far better than quoted by two travel agents. Very pleased with the outcome

I used zuji once last year. The price could be cheaper sometimes. However, you cannot make any changes about your ticket. This is not very convenient.

We needed to book urgent flights and accommodation as our relative was sick overseas. Zuji helped us book the first flights we could get

We booked flights for a wedding overseas some 6 months ahead since we saw a great price. The problem was when the wedding date was changed, we had to amend our ticket. This was when the trouble started. I guess it's about knowing the conditions associated with your discounted fare which means that not only do you need to pay a Zuji 'admin fee' of about $55 a ticket but also an additional airline cancellation/amendment fee. That's before any differences in airline fares.
There's also the usual outsourced call centre to deal with which may or may not get your goat.

So, while the fares are cheap and the buying process is easy, beware the terms and conditions of an inexpensive flight.

This site is great when booking flights or accommodation. Prices are very competitive if not the best. Easy to navigate as well. I have booked many flights and hotels through this website and had no problems. All prices include taxes and fees which is great, no hidden costs. Very recommended.

i have use this site to book flights and packages for quite sometime, they offer cheap flight most of the time and charge no booking fee. Even it is an online travel site, their staff are reachable.
